After meeting with three agents, De Scottia were the chosen agent for a number of reasons. First being they were not pushing for a hard sale. Secondly, the agent quickly took note of the living situation with my elderly mother and took on board my comments of how fragile she is and to liaise with myself. He was brilliant from the start. Very easy to get hold of, prompt and efficient. He explained everything to us and was more than happy to explain anything we didn't understand without making us feel silly. Our agent was happy to get his hands dirty and move boxes (and a large bed!) to get the photos he needed. When we went on holiday and he needed access he ensured he understood the alarm system and sent me texts whilst away to keep me update and assure me the alarm was put back on. Fantastic service and really pleased we went with them. Our agent gave us honest feedback and we had an offer within 2 weeks. I can highly recommend Unique Property Company. We found them doing a google search as we were selling a rather unique property! Having been convinced that we would go with a big local name, instead when Simon Stone came to complete a valuation our choice was made. Simon’s very real enthusiasm for properties outside the norm is tangible and he really convinced us he could sell the lifestyle that came with our property rather than just the size. I’m so glad we did go with Simon. He secured an offer really rather quickly and then passed us over to the wonderful Hannah to handle the sale. Hannah worked wonders in a sale affected by one of the chain being hospitalised with Covid-19. She kept pushing everything through and we completed by Christmas. So, we cannot recommend Unique enough. We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025.
