From the initial valuation to receiving an offer, it took just three weeks, and the whole process was handled remotely, which made things easy for me.<br><br>Sian was easy to reach and kept me updated throughout. When the sale slowed down and it wasn’t clear where the hold-up was, she kept chasing everyone involved and helped keep the sale moving.<br><br>I really appreciated the communication and support and would happily use Your Move again. I’d definitely recommend Sian and the Wallington team.

By the following morning, I had already received confirmation that I had secured the property, along with the links to complete the necessary paperwork.<br><br>Having rented through several agencies before, I was genuinely impressed by how efficient and seamless the entire process was. Everything was handled online through a well-organised system, with clear instructions and no unnecessary duplication of paperwork or repeated requests for the same information. From the first time we spoke until after I moved in, I found her warm, diligent and thorough in the handling of the matters. Purchasing a flat is particularly long and at times stressful process, however, her warmth and competency, made things look easier and did an excellent job. She was approachable, skilled and naturally a problem solver. She was sure to return calls whenever she said she will, her communication was clear and her working style is agile — all of it made the purchasing process a lot more easier.<br><br>Petya is an absolute gem for the company and I'd 100% reccomend anyone looking to purchase a property to have their first conversation with her.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Tariq and Riccardo who were both professional and helpful on occasions we interacted. We chose Cubitt & West because we'd dealt with them on a previous house move, and Nigel visited us early on, giving us a realistic overview and honest expectations from the outset.<br><br>We then took the next 12 months to get the property ready before finally ordering the photos. From that point, things gathered real pace. All our requirements were respected throughout: no advertising boards, weekend viewings only, and qualified viewers only. The systems Cubitt & West have in place were extremely professional, with detailed documentation and transparency at every stage.<br><br>It was a long journey, but we got there in the end thanks to the persistence of Nigel, Dave, and Tamsin. A big shout out to Dave and Nigel in particular. Thanks, guys.
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)The viewing itself went smoothly, and Paula was already there when I arrived and explained everything very well.<br><br>However, I was really disappointed with the property. Based on the photos, I expected the house to be much bigger. More importantly, it is advertised as a two-bedroom property, but I honestly would not consider the second room a bedroom. It is such a small, square space that you cannot even fit a bed in it. In my opinion, if a room cannot accommodate a bed, it should not be advertised as a bedroom.<br><br>I think it would be much more accurate to describe the property as a one-bedroom house with an office or storage room, rather than a two-bedroom house. I believe this is important for potential tenants to know before arranging a viewing, as the current description gives a misleading impression of the property.

This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best!<br><br>The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong. Exceptional Service from Charlotte & Hannah – Barnard Marcus Croydon<br><br>I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Charlotte and Hannah at Barnard Marcus Croydon for the exceptional service and support they gave me throughout the sale of my late father’s property.<br><br>This was not a straightforward transaction. As the property formed part of an estate, there were complications and unexpected delays along the way, including matters outside the estate agent’s control. Throughout all of this, Charlotte and Hannah remained professional, patient, responsive and genuinely supportive.<br><br>Charlotte’s communication was outstanding. She kept me informed, responded quickly whenever I needed assistance and continually helped to keep the transaction moving. There were times when the process became stressful and frustrating, but I always felt that Charlotte was doing everything she reasonably could to help get the sale successfully over the line.<br><br>Hannah was equally professional and supportive.
