I have had dealings with Hamptons for quite a few years and always received good service.<br>Lately a very sensitive situation developed, coming from other sources, which needed extra tact and diplomacy and Katie proved to be the perfect person, helping to resolve the matter fairly and easily.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)I wanted to leave a review to say a huge thank you to Ronnie and Tanya at Paul Graham.<br><br>Ronnie was absolutely brilliant from the very beginning. He really listened to what we were looking for and consistently sent us properties that genuinely matched our criteria. He was personable, easy to talk to and, importantly, never made us feel pressured. We actually looked forward to arranging viewings with him because he didn’t use the typical estate-agent sales tactics or create unnecessary urgency around making offers. Having worked as an estate agent myself, I know the techniques that can sometimes be used to encourage buyers to act quickly, so I really appreciated Ronnie’s straightforward and relaxed approach.<br><br>Tanya was equally fantastic when she showed us the house we eventually bought through Paul Graham. She gave us plenty of time to look around properly, never rushed us and was completely honest about the level of interest in the property rather than trying to create artificial competition. It made the whole viewing feel comfortable and allowed us to make our decision in our own time.<br><br>Their approach was genuinely refreshing and something I think many estate agents could learn from. They were patient, honest, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout. After having some less positive experiences with other agents during our property search, dealing with<br>Paul Graham was a completely different experience.<br><br>Thank you Ronnie, Tanya and the team — we couldn’t recommend you highly enough.
7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Had an amazing experience with all the workers here, especially Ozlem Murataglu and Aidan Nigel. Ozlem have an in depth tour of the property which I fell in love with and Aidan provided me with clear clarity on my mortgage advice ! Highly recommend!

Kecia then assisted in accelerating the conveyancing, and helped communicate promptly with the sellers. Very happy and grateful for their excellent service.
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Stayed at a short stay hosted by this company, they make you pay a £300 deposit outside of the booking app, the booking app states 7 days for this to be returned having chased this they said that their policy is 10 days, upon constant chasing 30+ days later this has still not been returned for various reasons, people on holiday, back logs etc etc, with numerous occasions of people not getting back to me, after an unsatisfactory conversation where I was told they could not give me a timescale and if I had a problem raise it with my bank. I have then left a negative review across popular review sites. They have manged to remove one of these. they have now said that they would not refund the owed deposit until I removed the review from this site, which I did as I need my money back. 5 days later still no refund so I am now posting again, really dissapointed. I have text evidence of this interaction. it is now the 5th August and no refund.

They always answered our calls and any questions we had and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their patience and honest advice meant the world to us during the whole process and turned what could have been a very stressful time into a smooth experience. If you need an agent who truly listens and goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Goodfellows @ Carshalton Beeches enough ! Thank you - you all rock !!

William communicated clearly, responded promptly, and ensured each stage of the process was seamlessly handled efficiently and with care. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout the process. She took the time to listen, understood exactly what I was looking for, and her professionalism and dedication made everything smooth and stress free.<br><br>Unfortunately, during the process I came across another property that was a better fit for my preference. Despite this, Georgia remained understanding, supportive, and maintained excellent communication throughout.<br><br>Thank you once again for all your help and effort. I sincerely appreciate everything you did, and I’m sorry it didn’t work out as planned this time. They conducted viewings with great professionalism and kept us regularly informed of feedback. John Ryan in particular was always an encouragement to us when offers did not materialise. Once an offer had been received, Mark was a great help in negotiating a reduction on our new-build home. Overall, an excellent experience with the service promised at the outset delivered all along the way. I definitely recommend The Personal Agent.

He was always available to speak with us when we needed to deal with matters regarding the house.<br><br>The overall transaction was dealt with smoothly and very professionally and made selling our house a lot easier than we forecasted. After being disappointed with many other big names such as Barnard Marcus, I was very impressed by Cubbit & West. They listen to my needs and concerns when selling a property and made sure everything from pricing to marketing is in line with what I need. I love the fact that they update me very quickly on any viewings so I don't have to chase. Louis from their branch is absolutely amazing! 24th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Kenyons in Carshalton is honestly the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. Having worked in estate agents for 4 years I believe that the treatment of an applicant vs a landlord is paramount and shows the true culture of the business. Being an applicant in a situation that was a little different then the norm ie we know the owner of the flat and it’s about to come on the market and we really wanted to rent it and had spoken to the owner, I popped in to chat to someone when in the shop and after explaining the situation and leaving my details I can only describe the feeling I got which was one being cut short and dismissed, then after that I called them and asked them about the flat as it was supposed to be on the market on a certain date and I had not seen is however when I called I experienced the same level of dismissal. People get into agency to work with people so if you treating people that way is shocking. How can you trust that they are finding the best people for your property with treatment like that. If I had been a landlord looking to rent my property the treatment of me would have been completely different because they would be making money off of me. Just bad business

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)I recently purchased a property through Loft and had a brilliant experience from start to finish.<br><br>From dealing with Ollie on my initial enquiry, to meeting Tom at the viewing and then dealing with him throughout the transaction, right through to collecting the keys from Kristen, the whole process was seamless.<br><br>I never felt like I had to chase for updates, communication was always clear, and any questions I had were answered quickly.<br><br>As an estate agent myself, and knowing the industry very well, I know how much work goes on behind the scenes to keep a transaction moving smoothly. Loft made the whole process feel effortless, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling.
