I have had dealings with Hamptons for quite a few years and always received good service.<br>Lately a very sensitive situation developed, coming from other sources, which needed extra tact and diplomacy and Katie proved to be the perfect person, helping to resolve the matter fairly and easily.

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)I wanted to leave a review to say a huge thank you to Ronnie and Tanya at Paul Graham.<br><br>Ronnie was absolutely brilliant from the very beginning. He really listened to what we were looking for and consistently sent us properties that genuinely matched our criteria. He was personable, easy to talk to and, importantly, never made us feel pressured. We actually looked forward to arranging viewings with him because he didn’t use the typical estate-agent sales tactics or create unnecessary urgency around making offers. Having worked as an estate agent myself, I know the techniques that can sometimes be used to encourage buyers to act quickly, so I really appreciated Ronnie’s straightforward and relaxed approach.<br><br>Tanya was equally fantastic when she showed us the house we eventually bought through Paul Graham. She gave us plenty of time to look around properly, never rushed us and was completely honest about the level of interest in the property rather than trying to create artificial competition. It made the whole viewing feel comfortable and allowed us to make our decision in our own time.<br><br>Their approach was genuinely refreshing and something I think many estate agents could learn from. They were patient, honest, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout. After having some less positive experiences with other agents during our property search, dealing with<br>Paul Graham was a completely different experience.<br><br>Thank you Ronnie, Tanya and the team — we couldn’t recommend you highly enough.

31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Saunders (John, Edward and Richard) have been amazing for various viewings and during the process of buying a house through them. The patience, guidance and respect shown to the vendor while she needed extra help with her sale and ability to show kindness throughout the sale has been memorable and they have gone above and beyond with both the vendor and for us during our purchase with them. I would highly recommend to not only take care of your sale but also of you or relatives that may need that extra patience and guidance during a sale. We will be recommending for friends and family when their time comes to sell.
14th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)I thought the company was very good and I had more viewing than I had in the first two weeks than I had with the previous agent in a whole year.
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Stayed at a short stay hosted by this company, they make you pay a £300 deposit outside of the booking app, the booking app states 7 days for this to be returned having chased this they said that their policy is 10 days, upon constant chasing 30+ days later this has still not been returned for various reasons, people on holiday, back logs etc etc, with numerous occasions of people not getting back to me, after an unsatisfactory conversation where I was told they could not give me a timescale and if I had a problem raise it with my bank. I have then left a negative review across popular review sites. They have manged to remove one of these. they have now said that they would not refund the owed deposit until I removed the review from this site, which I did as I need my money back. 5 days later still no refund so I am now posting again, really dissapointed. I have text evidence of this interaction. it is now the 5th August and no refund.

William communicated clearly, responded promptly, and ensured each stage of the process was seamlessly handled efficiently and with care. His attention to detail and consistent support made the experience smooth and straightforward. I am pleased with the high standard of service provided and confidently give a 5?star review to William.

All staff have technical , sales and legal knowledge and are just always “ on it “ , they always know the current situation and the next step , always think ahead for the Client. Achieved asking price in record time. It was a real pleasure with the very best result.

She was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout the process. She took the time to listen, understood exactly what I was looking for, and her professionalism and dedication made everything smooth and stress free.<br><br>Unfortunately, during the process I came across another property that was a better fit for my preference. Despite this, Georgia remained understanding, supportive, and maintained excellent communication throughout.<br><br>Thank you once again for all your help and effort. I sincerely appreciate everything you did, and I’m sorry it didn’t work out as planned this time. They conducted viewings with great professionalism and kept us regularly informed of feedback. John Ryan in particular was always an encouragement to us when offers did not materialise. Once an offer had been received, Mark was a great help in negotiating a reduction on our new-build home. Overall, an excellent experience with the service promised at the outset delivered all along the way. I definitely recommend The Personal Agent.

He was always available to speak with us when we needed to deal with matters regarding the house.<br><br>The overall transaction was dealt with smoothly and very professionally and made selling our house a lot easier than we forecasted. 30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.
