From the initial valuation to receiving an offer, it took just three weeks, and the whole process was handled remotely, which made things easy for me.<br><br>Sian was easy to reach and kept me updated throughout. When the sale slowed down and it wasn’t clear where the hold-up was, she kept chasing everyone involved and helped keep the sale moving.<br><br>I really appreciated the communication and support and would happily use Your Move again. I’d definitely recommend Sian and the Wallington team.

We chose Cubitt & West because we'd dealt with them on a previous house move, and Nigel visited us early on, giving us a realistic overview and honest expectations from the outset.<br><br>We then took the next 12 months to get the property ready before finally ordering the photos. From that point, things gathered real pace. All our requirements were respected throughout: no advertising boards, weekend viewings only, and qualified viewers only. The systems Cubitt & West have in place were extremely professional, with detailed documentation and transparency at every stage.<br><br>It was a long journey, but we got there in the end thanks to the persistence of Nigel, Dave, and Tamsin. A big shout out to Dave and Nigel in particular. Thanks, guys.

30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. They were always responsive and listened carefully to our needs, patiently answering any questions or clarifications. During the early days of lockdown in 2020, I had a problem with the heating and wrote an email. Mark called me a couple of times over the weekend to reassure me everything would be sorted, and he followed up once it was fixed. When we came to the end of our tenancy after 8 years, the process was smoother than I could have hoped for. Kenyons kept us updated throughout and made sure the deposit was repaid on time. I'd recommend Kenyons for their professional service in the lettings industry, and I'm grateful to the whole team.
