1st Feb 2018 (8 years ago)We had a frustrating experience with one of the agents called Chris in this company. At first, he was clear that the present house tenants were going to move on a certain period of time and so we gave a holding deposit to keep the property. Eventually, day by day, it was hard to keep in touch with him, and even the company, as no one was answering their office phone. A couple of phone calls finally though saying yes we are just waiting for the date. But, it took almost a month of negotiating for a final move in date but it did not happen, no follow up done. The agent returned the deposit ONE WEEK prior to potential move in date. how annoying!! He could have returned much earlier than giving us false hopes if he felt like the present tenants are quite unclear!!
21st Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Cherie at Langley Estate Agents has been great. We loved the photographs she organised to market our property, and she was great at contacting people after viewings which led to a quick offer. Great value for money too, I’d definitely recommend!

All were highly professional and replied promptly to my communications. I think the original valuation was quite bullish but the service provided was really great value for money.

2nd Apr 2020 (6 years ago)Excellent, proactive service. Everyone at the office was helpful and friendly and I felt they listened and responded well, rather than me feeling like just another number! They kept on top of things and made sure the process kept moving in spite of a few hurdles. I really think they earned their money. I would highly recommend iMove.

Her prompt assistance and reliability in has made the issues that I was facing less daunting and I knew I could rely on her. 20th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Recommend SO sales by Pocket Living as they are supposed to specialise in resale of this type of property. 1. There is no strategy to the sale of these properties which can be tough in any market. Little help with pricing / reduction. It will all be self driven. 2. Lack of communication from the estate agent who operated like this role was a side hustle. Very hard to get a hold of him and mostly communicated via emails. 3. Lack of push to move things both buyer/seller side. Made the prices slow and messy. 4. General lack of ownership and help. Made the process even more stressful. 5. His focus is doing the bare min and shifting responsibility Would not recommend at all. I would pay the extra fees than be blinded by their cheaper fees. They are cheap for a reason.
