More recently, I attended and contacted the branch directly to raise a concern and was disappointed with the response I received. While my earlier transactions were handled professionally, this later interaction left me feeling disappointed.

I then moved to Bairstow Eves and Amy and Will were fantastic and managed to find tenants within a few days. - 12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I have to admit at first I was a bit sceptical of using Foxtons. Initially, I decided to go with other agents instead, viewings were few and far between and six months went past without an offer in sight. I then decided to bite the bullet and go ahead with Foxtons. Suddenly, not only did the quantity of viewings change but so did the calibre of the people being put forward to view our property. Then came the offer stage, where negotiations had reached stalemate and Foxtons facilitated in a way to ensure an agreement could be made. That’s when the REAL work started. The actual sale process was arduous. There was an immense amount of paperwork and legal processes due to the type of property being sold. Various parties needed to be contacted by certain deadlines with the right paperwork in place. Jasmine, our singular point of contact from the offer stage onwards, put in an unbelievable amount of effort, without which the sale would have fallen through. She kept track of all deadlines, worked with both lawyers to find solutions and even found responses to queries where she could. Thank you Foxtons New Malden and Jasmine for all your hard work! Best agent on the high street!
