Angelo and his team really helped us finding our beautiful home. We were given thorough information and responses to any questions promptly. We felt comfortable throughout the process and the results were amazing. We would recommend Woodhouse Estate if you are looking for a beautiful home to settle in.

Nick and Teresa have been incredible from the very start, advising us on the process, matching us with potential buyers (it genuinely feels like this, rather than just getting people through the door and wasting everyone’s time!) and consistently giving feedback so we know what’s happening. To our surprise the amazing service continued after we had accepted an offer, with Nick being instrumental in the sale process and proactively being the conduit that helped us understand was involved, helping to move things along when it felt like they had slowed and ultimately getting us to the point of exchange. We can’t recommend Quarters highly enough, they are absolutely phenomenal!

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Although Matt Davies at Knight Frank was not our agent for either our sale or our purchase, he was instrumental in getting our entire chain over the line hence why I felt the need to post a review. In what became a very complicated and stressful process, Matt consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to coordinate across the chain, chase outstanding issues and keep momentum when things could easily have stalled. His determination, persistence and willingness to step in — even when it wasn’t strictly his responsibility — made a real difference. Thanks to Matt’s efforts the chain finally progressed to exchange, allowing us to secure a house that we absolutely love. His professionalism, commitment and proactive approach did not go unnoticed, and we are extremely grateful for the role he played in making the move happen.

From the very beginning, Bradley was polite, confident, and extremely reassuring. As an exceptional Sales Manager, he stood out straight away with his professionalism, knowledge, and determination to get our home sold. Bradley gave us complete confidence in the process and worked tirelessly to make sure everything moved forward. His communication, guidance, and commitment made a huge difference, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about achieving the best result for us. Thanks to Bradley’s efforts, Duncan Yeardley quickly got things moving. Our property was eventually sold with the help of Freya, who also played an important role in progressing the sale and helping get everything over the line. Behind the scenes, Karen Stanton was fantastic as well. She did a remarkable job, especially when it came to resolving issues and correcting mistakes made by our solicitors. Overall, Duncan Yeardley did a brilliant job, but Bradley Holt truly stood out. His dedication, professionalism, and leadership as Sales Manager made the whole experience much smoother for us. Belvoir stood out as the best after house valuations with 4 local estate agents. We knew we were in safe hands with Jason for our house sale. A personal service, rather than a sales conveyor belt. Jason came across as professional, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. We knew he'd do the very best for us and he did. He listened, understood and respected our specific requirements and made positive suggestions based on his experience. Jason was our main contact but all of the team work like a well oiled machine. A special thanks to Jason but also to Gary and Jessica for their part in the sale, progression and completion. Viewings were lined up straight away and we accepted a very good offer within days of first marketing. Jason was proactive, promptly dealt with queries, kept us updated and gave us good advice throughout. We were well looked after. Sending a huge thanks from us! We'd happily deal with Belvoir Tilehurst again and highly recommend them.
