4th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 23rd Sep 2022 (4 years ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.

Superb staff, great comms, I never felt pressured, and when the day comes to sell I'll be coming back to them.

The team also helped to find out tenants and completed necessary paper work very quickly, which was also helpful. This agency is friendly, responsible and informative to handle customers’ needs.

27th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Avoid this estate agent. I used JS Estate Management under a fully managed agreement. I raised concerns about unauthorised occupation of my property and was assured there were no issues — yet documentary evidence showed the agent knew exactly who was occupying it. When I requested a payment trail showing how rent was handled, they refused to provide it. I raised formal complaints with The Property Ombudsman. Both were upheld and I received compensation on each occasion. Do not use this agent.
