The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. John not only spent a lot of time on the central aspects of the purchase, but also supported me with the preliminaries (e.g. finding the right insurance). Thanks also to the whole team. Highly recommended!

He responded quickly to my initial enquiry, explained the process clearly, and kept me updated throughout.<br><br>The marketing was excellent, with Richard taking fantastic photographs that showcased my flat beautifully. Phil was always responsive, patient, and proactive, keeping things moving and making sure I was informed every step of the way.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phil and the team at Your Move. However Duncan has been a great help over the last two weeks. From the communication, always responding and keeping us updated on the property, to the efficiency on which he got us a viewing, sent the contracts to sign and handled all the logistics.<br><br>Would definitely contact both Duncan Hastings Estate if I ever need to move again, and I would highly recommend others to do the same

The agent Felicity was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the property, and made the whole process straightforward and easy. She was helpful in answering our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the viewing. Would definitely recommend Dexters. Felicity was amazing!!

A great tenant was found straight away and the advice and support I have received throughout the process has been reassuring and taken the stress away. As a remote landlord I have every confidence in the team at GW to manage my affairs hassle free!

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I just wanted to share a horrendous experience with Foxton’s of London bridge regarding my sons move<br>We were moving house to Canada water today and paid the fees at the estate agents and the removals van was waiting for the key to be delivered<br>The key was supposed to be delivered there by 2pm. Now this has incurred substantial charges from the removal company for waiting and them dumping the contents outside because there was no key<br>The van they send the key had to pay money to cross the tunnel in London and they delayed the transit to save money<br>I don’t know why they did this but it has resulted now in us still waiting for the key after 2 hrs<br>This is unacceptable from tue estate agents<br>They should have had keys ready when the rent was paid<br>We can’t even get hold of the lady at Foxton’s anymore<br>Not sure what kind of customer service this is ?? I hope to hear from them regarding this asap for compensation of the extra charges we are incurring
