A LOT of work behind the scenes... Exchange, Completion. Done!!! I can not thank you enough Tom, Ben, Becky, Sian! You and your team made this happen, Happy vendor and happy buyer. Thanking you so much for the amazing work you did in selling my flat!!!! Amazing!!!! It was always a pleasure to drop into your office in person, to speak to you on the phone and to liaise with you by email. Absolute Professionals! Thank you!
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with Hamptons Tower Bridge, particularly during the final few months of our tenancy.<br><br>After nearly four years as reliable tenants, I felt there was very little consideration for the fact that this was our home. Communication from Scott was often rude, abrasive and lacking in empathy, particularly when discussing a potential tenancy renewal.<br><br>The move-out process was equally disappointing. There was little guidance around checkout expectations, which I believe contributed to avoidable deductions from our deposit. We also received repeated requests for same-day property viewings, despite our tenancy agreement requiring 24 hours’ notice.<br><br>Moving home is already stressful and expensive, and I expected much better from an established lettings agency. Our landlord was always fair and reasonable, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for our experience with Hamptons.<br><br>I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the experience for future tenants. I certainly wouldn’t choose to use Hamptons again.
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I am the leaseholder of 41 Textile Building which has been managed by Stirling Ackroyd since April 2026. The first property manager left a mess and has thankfully moved on. Annaliese Bimpong has recently taken over and has done a brilliant job of dealing with the issues that were left behind and liaising with the tenant.
3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Friendly and responsive. I do feel they slightly overvalued the property which led to a suggestion to substantially drop the price, which was the only downside.

4th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. The process of selling our flat and buying our new property was as smooth as could be.<br><br>From the initial viewing to putting our place on the market, arranging viewings and advising us on the best way forward, we felt completely reassured by the team’s professionalism.<br><br>You can tell they are an independent agency because Nathan and Oliver take extra care with their clients. Both have a deep knowledge of the current market, are incredibly responsive and put us in a strong position to manage both our sale and purchase simultaneously.

Aston in particular went above and beyond, he was professional and friendly right from the start and through the whole process, he always kept me informed and was responsive to all my questions, and the good communication made it stress free. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in London!

17th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)We were very happy with the services provided by McMahon & Partners. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)If I could give zero starts I would. We have moved out over a month ago yet still have not gotten our deposit back. Our agent Anna tried charging us 300 quid for a professional clean which the flat did not have before we moved in and when we disputed it via email and asked for proof she has not responded in over 2 weeks. She has only responded yesterday to say that she is not going to charge us but found other things to complain about with no photographic evidence nor check out report. Despite telling her that we would like this to be disputed with the deposit protection scheme she still has not gotten in contact with them, or us, so we still can’t access even the undisputed portion of the deposit.<br><br>Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone over the phone as well.

13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I'm so glad we went with Alex and Matteo. Their communication is excellent - emails with feedback from every viewing, regular video calls with the excellent Foivos (who is great and worked really hard), and super-fast WhatsApp group to all relevant staff. One of the big reasons we went with A&M was that Matteo talked about them having Cara, a member of staff who helped keep the transaction moving after they were negotiated by the sales agent. Cara is absolutely invaluable - she saved my sanity when bumps naturally arose in the process. It was so useful having Cara there, to raise issues that may take much longer to surface via solicitors. Alex & Matteo were definitely the right choice for us - down to earth, and felt wholly different than any other estate agents I've encountered.
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We are about to complete on a property that we purchased with Rebecca Egbers from the London Bridge branch of Foxtons. Buying property is always stressful and ends up taking longer than anyone expects, but Rebecca was incredibly helpful through the process, provided great advice, I think did an excellent job of looking out for our interests, and was without a doubt the most responsive agent with whom I have ever worked. Rebecca was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I could not recommend her highly enough.
