James and the team were very communicative, knowledgeable about the properties and accomodating. Once I picked the house, I was assigned with Julie who was looking after the purchase for us and she was absolutely amazing chasing everything on all sides of the chain and giving us regular updates. I would strongly recommend Cubitt and West to both buyers and sellers based on my experience. Thank you guys.
24th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Possibly sour grapes on our part as we haven’t had a single offer whilst for sale. Difficult to know if we are just unfortunate as it’s not a particularly good time to sell or was it poor performance from estate agents . Other similar houses on our estate have sold STC in the same duration
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Although things got off to a slow start, due to the economic situation. Jeffries called a least once a week and kept us updated. They have been a friendly team and have supported us well with selling our home.
6th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Forgot to put my garage on the plans. Didn't say that there was no onward chain and no board. The house is in a cul-de-sac but may walkers go past with dogs etc.

11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)AJM were the agents for the seller of the house we recently bought, the experience was chalk and cheese from most of the other agents I encountered. Accessible, knowledgeable about the area and focused on getting the sale done, ably abbetted by a solicitor working closely with him and my own solicitor. Thinking about moving into the the area? I can commend this team wholeheartedly.
8th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Selling my home was hugely stressful in today’s dreadful market but with Paul and occasionally Alex’s wonderful hand holding during the many crises, it was managed. There were many days when I thought this would be utterly impossible! The persistence of Paul to get it over the line was so reassuring. I am just so grateful to have chosen a renowned national chain with their expert local knowledge to introduce a wide ranging clientele from all over the country. My new life is now assured thanks to the team for which I am eternally grateful.
