The whole team are outstanding, but in particular, we would like to acknowledge Senior Property Sales Negotiator, Carole Seaton, whose service, experience and guidance during the sales process were second to none. Carole made us feel well informed and confident in our decisions. She also felt like our best pal, who truly wanted the best for us. We can’t imagine having done this without her, and we are so very grateful. Delivery of the sale was absolutely on time, and Katie's liason with our buyers solicitor was exemplary.<br><br>I cannot recommend her and Ralph Sayer enough.

We felt they were on our side and did everything they could to make a house purchase stress free. Shout out to Scott and Fiona specifically. Gillespie Macandrew more than lived up to our expectations. The marketing, conveyancing and capital gains processes were all sequentially and logically implemented and there was always someone on hand to answer our questions. The stress involved in selling a property was greatly reduced, the sale went smoothly and efficiently, and we received a price well above the valuation.

Highly recommended if looking to market your home.

Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

Everything was explained clearly from the start. Great advice was given in preparing the house for the market. Then Carol took on the viewings too, so we could head out and relax knowing it was in safe hands.<br>The property sold at a very fair price both for us as the vendors and for the couple and small family who will take up residence soon.<br>It was important for us that the home got a continued love and investment. After all we’d been in there for almost 20 years!<br>A fantastic experience working with REMAX Linlithgow and highly recommend them for both buying and selling your property.
