Went to the house we're interested in and spoke to the owners in person instead. They are disappointed to hear this. Looking to deal with them privately now.

The sale progressed smoothly, and everything was completed within the expected timeframe. 16th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Had the privilege of working with Scott who helped me greatly in setting my property up initially as I purchased it on auction and so it was quite dilapidated and he helped in organising the refurbishment and brining it up to compliance. Further down the line I also had the privilege of working with Alex who helped me a great deal with giving me a fair and honest assessment of so many properties and the areas, and gave me very sound sincere advise on which to go for and which not to. He did a good analysis on rental projections. Overall it has been wonderful working with Zone Lettings as a whole.

The communication was good (breath of fresh air compared to other solicitors I’d used), everything was done efficiently and to standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

23rd Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)My wife arranged a viewing in New Cumnock, travelled for an hour to get to it and nobody turned up. There was someone in the property but they would not answer the door! Nobody is answering the phone at the office or returning emails. A very, very unprofessional company! Please think before using Glow Homes ….. Wasted time and petrol……**update, now been blocked from their facebook page for stating these facts…..???????????. ***update 2, was phoned by the director who would not take our concerns onboard and was more interested in a bad review to the very poor service we received today. I explained that no one would answer the door to the viewing, so naturally the first step would be to phone the estate agent. No one was answering their phone (turns out the office was closed), we emailed the office to which it took 1 1/2 hours to respond! Not much help there. Me wife and mother in law had travelled some distance for the viewing, so were almost home when they received the email. These are all facts. We asked why they were arraigning viewings when the office was closed and nobody could be contacted on the phone. When the ‘director’ phoned he passed the buck with loads of excuses, these are all facts! We were offered petrol money, but was hung up on before we could arrange this…. Hopefully they take on board our concerns before anyone else is highly inconvenienced………….
