3rd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)We already knew of JAS Campbell after having purchased a property in West Kilbride, North Ayrshire, through their estate agents. So we were very pleased to place the sale of our property in the hands of the staff there. They were extremely efficient and couldn't be more helpful with any issues that arose during the process. Communications, a critical issue for those coping with the stress of selling or buying properties, was outstanding at all times. A terrible service. I would advise to consider other options if at all possible.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

26th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises. The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston. During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market. The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback. Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.

From the very beginning, Peter was incredibly efficient and helpful, guiding us through every step of the process. He organised the home report quickly, handled all the marketing and estate agency work, and even recommended excellent solicitors, which made everything so much easier for us. Peter personally carried out all the viewings, which resulted in a very quick sale. Throughout the whole process, Peter was professional, approachable, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and straightforward. 7th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I just wanted to say, very early stages, but I just phoned to enquire about a property and the lady I spoke with was so knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. I have had disappointing experiences with Taylor and Henderson, who were borderline rude and genuinely seemed to have no interest in selling the properties or any information at all. I was actually dreading calling another estate agent and I was so pleasantly surprised by how good Coast were.

16th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Had the privilege of working with Scott who helped me greatly in setting my property up initially as I purchased it on auction and so it was quite dilapidated and he helped in organising the refurbishment and brining it up to compliance. Further down the line I also had the privilege of working with Alex who helped me a great deal with giving me a fair and honest assessment of so many properties and the areas, and gave me very sound sincere advise on which to go for and which not to. He did a good analysis on rental projections. Overall it has been wonderful working with Zone Lettings as a whole.

She’s gone above and beyond in finding opportunities and I could not recommend working with her enough, as she has made the whole process so much less painful!

From the start he felt like the right fit for us, easy to chat to and clearly knew his stuff. He took the time to understand what the place meant to us and personally guided us through everything without it ever feeling stressful. When it came to offers his advice was spot on and definitely helped us get the result we wanted. No question was ever too silly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was supportive throughout, kept me informed every step of the way, and genuinely cared about making the whole experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. I never felt like just another client, and there was none of the pompous attitude you can sometimes encounter.
