18th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)I used the Kirkintilloch branch of Country Wide for a tricky sale. Leslie was brilliant, she kept me fully informed and rang regularly to update. After a nearby fire, they went straight out without a request to check that the property was undamaged. Would recommend.

Although a High Street office she’s always there 24/7, wouldn’t go anywhere else!- 21st Nov 2024 (1 year ago)We had quite a few estate agents out to the house for a valuation but from the minute Scott entered our house and we began to discuss the house and valuation we felt he was honest, approachable and most of all being the sellers of our much loved house he listened. At no time did we feel pressure or an obligation to secure him as our agent. May I also add that when contacting the Glenrothes branch and speaking to the rest of the team they also were very approachable and no amount of questions were to much. I cannot rate Slater, Hogg and Howison highly enough.

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Pittis Freshwater have broken the mould for estate agents, for us both buying and selling with another Pittis branch, Connor in particular has gone above and beyond to ensure constant communication between us and the other parties & vendor. He’s so approachable, personable, kind yet professional. He has made buying my dream house a reality. I knew Pittis were good but I wasn’t expecting this good! Highly recommend Pittis Freshwater branch for 5 star customer care & successful transactions.
11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I used Bannerman Burke Properties LTD in late 2025, The property went live on all the online platforms on a Wednesday, They arranged 5 viewings on the Thursday and Friday - and i received two really good offers the following Monday. The online portal is up-to-date and kept me informed of the progress from start to finish. Lisa and Tony are a great team, and would recommend them to everyone.

Ollie was very engaging and approachable, he took time to explain how Wards could help me sell my home, he listened to me and discussed my expectations of the service. He was highly knowledgable of the company and the housing sales within the area. He behaved very professionally. Wards have now completed my house sale. Thank you to Mark, Ollie and Amanda for all your fantastic help for a very timely, and smooth house sale.

Wouldn't go past Fiona and her whole team for any body.We had lots to sort out over along period of time and sure enough got there in the end. I never at one point felt I was being put in second position , I live internationally and everything was done without any broken promises. Super friendly on the phone and was up to Q with what was going on. What started out thinking was gonna be a nightmare turned into a full on proffesional job ,especially with me living abroad .After a few twists here and a few twists there, the sale of the property couldn't have gone better. Fiona and the team have been my agents for 10 years and never once did I think i was with the wrong Agent. Thanks for Everything Fiona and your wonderful team. 23rd Aug 2024 (1 year ago)I used Belvoir to rent my property out for five months whilst I went travelling and I was so impressed and happy with every single staff member I came into contact with, special thanks to Sophie and Katy for finding tenants even though it was a short let and the amazing communication I experienced throughout and the support given by Katy when the tenants proved to be challenging at times was very much appreciated, thank you Katy for your professionalism, your patience, your unwavering support and your excellent communication skills, If I rent my flat out again I want you to look after it for me, I trust you 100%!

10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Pattinsons handled the sale of my late father's home very well. It was a difficult period and a pause in the sale occurred due to a family dispute but once resolved Pattinson's were on the ball to re- adverse the property.

6th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I was not a tenant or landlord but had the misfortune to have dealings with their property sales people. Despite multiple attempts to get them to pay me a couple of hundred pounds that they owed me they did not respond, that despite visiting the office on a number of occasions and also emails and phone calls. Highly unprofessional I would not recommend dealing with Belvoir Aberdeen.

Joe managed to sell our property in less than a week, and for over the Home Report value, which exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive to messages, always on the ball, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the process. He consistently kept us updated on proceedings, so we always knew exactly where things stood. On top of that, Joe is genuinely friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We would highly recommend Joe and RE/MAX to anyone looking to sell their home. A fantastic experience all round!
