27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)As a commercial cleaning company, we deal with many letting agencies across central Scotland and beyond. We work closely with Slater Hogg Falkirk amongst others. Garry and Ryan (SHH Lettings Team) really stand out from the crowd. Communication is always clear, professional, and timely, which makes coordinating EOT cleans and property access very straightforward. From a contractor perspective, both are proactive, organised, and a real pleasure to deal with. Any issues are handled efficiently and fairly, and they make working together easy and stress-free. We value the relationship greatly and would happily recommend them to landlords and contractors alike.
1st Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the first phone call with Stephanie, who was a breath of fresh air, to the initial meeting with Emma, who was informative, confidence inspiring and took on board exactly how and what we were looking for, with the sale of our home. O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!
2nd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the Burnside Allen and Harris team! This was my 1st time buying and selling (which they completed both for me) on my own and they all kept me right from the very start until the very end. A fab team altogether, however, Pamela was my point of contact and Craig was my Mortgage advisor and both were on the ball, kept me right and were very patient with all my questions. Such a lovely, warm and friendly team and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend very highly ??

We didn’t have the smoothest of Sales and Nicola was there for us throughout and we got there in the end. The whole team was very professional when dealing with the viewing stage- couldn’t have been better!

Her professionalism was matched by her kindness, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. 16th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)Not a great experience. If you’re planning to sell a property in the Inverness area, I’d think carefully before being attracted by the £995 fixed-fee package. In my case there was no clear or active selling strategy. The photography provided was poor and the overall experience felt unprofessional. My property sat on Rightmove and Zoopla for around five weeks with very little interest. I eventually moved to another local agency, Home Sweet Home, who arranged professional photography, refreshed the listing and took a much more proactive approach. I was contacted multiple times by Home Sweet Home and was made to feel very valued. After switching, my property sold within three days. This was just my personal experience, but the difference in service and communication between the two agencies was very noticeable.

From our initial enquiry about letting our property, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and thorough due diligence in securing suitable tenants. Ongoing support has been excellent, with all queries handled promptly and efficiently. We look forward to continuing our business relationship with them.

24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

9th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)At Bohome, Gary, Sharon and the team have a very personal way of dealing with you, more like another member of their team than a customer. The photographer used is also superb and the pictures/video came out really well. Friendly, helpful and informed they explained everything well. They demonstrated open communication with both me as a seller and my buyers. Their use of social media was really helpful in the advertising process. My house sold very quickly, within a few days of being on the market. I would 100% recommend Bohome to support the sale of your house. I will use them again if I decide to move again. Helen, Hamilton

His approach is entirely customer-focused, and his level of service goes far beyond what most agents deliver. He recently sold a family property that was deeply sentimental to me, and the care he showed throughout the process was exceptional. Scott personally handled everything from selecting the photos and writing the listing content to conducting every viewing himself. The result was a sale handled with real understanding, tact and professionalism. From his first valuation and market guidance to achieving nearly 10% over the Home Report value, every part of his work was first class. Scott is a pleasure to work with, outstanding at what he does, and my go-to estate agent in Scotland. I’d recommend him without hesitation.
