From the very first contact, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They guided us through every step of the process with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. Their communication was excellent — we were kept informed at every stage, and no question ever felt too small. They clearly know the local market inside out and gave us fantastic advice that helped us achieve a great result in a short space of time. What really stood out was how personable and proactive the team were — they truly went above and beyond. You feel like you’re dealing with real people who genuinely want the best for you, not just ticking boxes. O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!

A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.

From the start when I was hunting for properties, all the way to sealing the deal with the Solicitors - Joe at Allen and Harris Shawlands was brilliant. Personable, Knowledgeable and invested in getting me the property I wanted. Later days, Scott (I'm assuming the spelling) was on point, great communication and made the final steps as easy as can be.<br><br>Sincerely, thank you to the team at Shawlands.

From our initial offer right through to collecting the keys, Lynsey was professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally responsive. Throughout the process she kept us informed, replied promptly to our questions and always took the time to explain matters clearly, giving us confidence at every stage of what was a completely new experience for us. What impressed us most was her proactive approach. Whenever an issue arose, whether it was title enquiries, property alterations or coordinating with the seller’s solicitors, Lynsey was always one step ahead and focused on finding practical solutions while keeping the transaction progressing smoothly. When we viewed the flat, it looked absolutely stunning, and Zoe showed us around and made us feel very welcome. I met an Estate agent from Remax. Gillian, a wonderfully warm mannered lady, who seemed dedicated to ensuring things ran as smoothly as possible. Gillian was very knowlegable about the property market, selling, buying in Scotland, I learnt so much from her, as Scotland is completley different to England. All my questions, anxieties and concerns were delt with swiftly, she displayed a great deal of kindness and understanding. A very dedicated estate agent!. The support through the entire process has been incredible and I can say that I have had a few setbacks in the process (outwith any control) however the team have navigated me through it.
