15th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)They got the value wrong. They valued it higher than it should have been which could have resulted in lost sales. Their communication was good, but didn't always come back to me with answers to my queries. Their description of property lacked "punch".

14th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)I do not recommend at all as i was interested in a commercial property and was told it was available and they would call me back with more information i had asked about the property. I got no phone call back and called for three days in a row but no one answered. The fourth day i had called someone finally answered and i was told the property had now been let to someone else. I was very upset as i could have let the place myself but that was taken away from me because of the poor customer service.

6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.Greenslade Taylor Hunt - Development, Land & Planning
