13th May 2021 (5 years ago)Nice to see how the other half live, Cowes on the Isle of Wight is a lovely seaside town with great and interesting shopping lanes olde world and ultra modern all mixed together, perfect especially if you like boats and great food.
3rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I realise it’s a difficult market but they spend a lot of time telling you how good they are and not being proactive. They are the local agents so they tend to be busy. It seems they have too much work to make a job of marketing any single property.

27th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)If you're looking for the best estate agent in the Paignton, Brixham area then I recommend you contact Eric Lloyd churston or Brixham,we sold through the churston office and from valuation to sale they we're incredible,very professional,Clare and Rachel,were always in contact ,we had interest in our property almost immediately from buyers in a position,rather than time wasters,so forget the other agents go for the best , Eric Lloyd you will not be disappointed.

23rd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)It is rare to find an estate agent that provides a professional service. Ian & Ryan are fair, balanced, landlord and customer focused from a landlord and tenant perspective. Far better than the large faceless chains and online offers.

The guys at Cubitt and West put together a new plan with a 28 day timescales and followed through on everything! I cannot recommend them high enough! 11th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Poor feedback. Over valuation to get property on books. Lack of viewings. Absolute sold a previous property for us and we were delighted with the whole package. Second time around it was like a completely different agency.
23rd Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)AJM were the agents for the seller of the house we recently bought, the experience was chalk and cheese from most of the other agents I encountered. Accessible, knowledgeable about the area and focused on getting the sale done, ably abbetted by a solicitor working closely with him and my own solicitor. Thinking about moving into the the area? I can commend this team wholeheartedly.
