They had our best interests at heart, kept us updated each step of the way, held out to get us the best possible price for our property and were very professional and friendly. This level of communication is completely unacceptable, and it makes you wonder whether landlords are aware of how poorly enquiries are being handled. A very frustrating and unprofessional experience and a regular occurance by the look of other reviews..

Communication was consistently excellent and I particularly appreciated the prompt feedback after each viewing. This information is surely of great interest to every vendor but my previous experience of other agents has sometimes shown an unacceptable tardiness in passing on this information.
