26th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)This estate agency has been extremely unreliable. After agreeing terms and making arrangements to move in, they pulled out of the contract just two days before our move-in date. This caused huge stress and disruption, especially after time, money, and planning had already gone into the move. Communication was poor and there was no reasonable support or accountability for the situation they created. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this agency.

3rd Sep 2014 (11 years ago)I will NEVER use this estate agency again to search for a property.We secured the property with the manager called Dawn by paying £450.00.She sent us our referencing documents which we were in the process of filling in.She also sent an email confirming we have the property subject to referencing.I therefore handed in my notice at my other property and found out a week later she had taken another group as they offered more money!!What is the point in a securing deposit when it is not used to secure the property.When I called the manager to discuss the situation she would not give me a chance to speak and spoke to me in a very agressive manner.Use another agency!

I noticed Ola treats her tenants very professionally and gives valueable advice to all. I will always use this agency and will recommend highly to all compared to other agencies I have used in the past.

10th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I've been letting my flat through Comber for more than 15 years and never been anything other than fully satisfied with the service. As well as finding suitable tenants very quickly (I suspect their deep knowledge of the area makes them the go-to agency in Blackheath), they regularly inspect the property to make sure it is being well looked after and are very quick to let me know if they are made aware of any problems between inspections so that I can resolve them quickly. They have a small army of trusted contractors for repairs and essential maintenance, which is a great help for me as a landlord and good for the tenants as they know their concerns will be dealt with quickly and thoroughly. It's a very personal service - even the company's founder will often get personally involved - and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, sell, let or rent in the Blackheath area.
