28th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)I had a really great experience with Your Move while securing my rented flat, and I can’t thank the team enough — especially Eren and Alex. From the very beginning, there was a real sense of urgency due to my situation, and there were quite a few obstacles along the way. Despite this, Eren and Alex were incredibly supportive, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every step, chased things up when needed, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable. What really stood out was their determination to pull through despite the challenges. They didn’t give up when things became complicated, and they genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible. Their professionalism, patience, and commitment made a huge difference. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend Your Move — especially Eren and Alex — to anyone looking to rent a property.
13th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I felt very fortunate to work with Tom and Lewis from the outset, Tom is a fair minded individual who evaluates carefully his clients and their requirements and it pays off in the relationships he forms which is one of trust. Lewis had only just started at Winkworth when we put our house on the market but delivered great buyers for our house which is very special and important to us as we had loved there for over 27 years

18th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Untrustworthy agency. All tenants were unexpectedly served via email a 3-week illegal eviction notice. We were informed that the house had been sold and the new owner would be moving in with his family. However, turns out that the house was being advertised on booking.com as a guest house.<br><br>Not only they were completely dishonest with all tenants but we still had to endure having complete strangers in the house, on a daily basis. It was a seven-bedroom house and at that time, there were two vacant rooms. I had people knocking at my door late in the evening, strangers entering in my bedroom without even knocking, as well as guests helping themselves of my food and crockery from my cupboard. People, mostly tourists were also shocked to find out that what was supposed to be a guest house, was in reality a houseshare, where the respective tenants were being illegally forced out of the house.<br><br>Whilist I witnessed the dispair of my housemates in trying to find a new place to live, I refused to move out within the time frame that I had been given. I stayed for a month, leaving in the house my own brand new bed and matress for the guests to make use of and enjoy, while I had no choice but to move out of the property.<br><br>Despite such stressful situation, I was still humble enough to ask them multiple times if they had other properties available in the same area, to which the answer has always been no. Greediness has prevailed from their side, despite having been their tenant for several years. Therefore, I am leaving this review as a way of warning people about this dishonest and unconsiderate agency, who will not hesiate to go out of their way where money is concerned. Without taking into consideration how their actions will impact the lives of the people involved.<br><br>Please, also be aware that all 5-star reviews on here are from their agency members of staff, friends and family.

Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I really appreciated the clear communication and the level of service provided. Highly recommended!
10th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Well I must say that after all the negative stories you hear about Estate agents I can honestly say that my experience of Brian Thomas Estate Agents was completely positive. From initial engagement of their services, marketing, viewings and communication, all aspects were excellent. We would like to personally thank Paul Wallace who helped us through the sale of our home, who went over and above what was expected of him as far as we understood, nothing was a problem for him. During this very stressful time he kept us fully up to date, reassured us and guided throughout. He protected us from the start with regard to finding the right buyer who was ready financially to purchase our home. There were quite a few hurdles during the process that Paul helped us through as well as advising, liasing and negotiating. He also chased very poor solicitors on our behalf that had caused unnecessary delays in finalising exchange and completion of contracts. I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that I recommended Paul @Brian Thomas Estates in the Woodford, Wanstead, Buckhurst Hill Chigwell areas and around N/E London and borders of West Essex. You will not find a better person for the sale of your home. Thank you again!!

4th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Absolutely disgusting by the way I have been treated at the end of my tenancy. The agency tried to take the money off my deposit for things like lighting bulb that was fully working or normal wear and tear. The people should stop trying to get the money off the tenants in such a disgusting way. Please be very careful as they lie about everything!!

27th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)Very grateful to Stuart and Lewis at Bromley Property Company. They managed to sell my mother's house in less than a week for the full asking price. A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. I'll definitely use Bromley Property Company when I sell my own property. Huge thanks, Stuart and Lewis!
3rd Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)I certainly had a number of issues selling my property.Dave and the team were brilliant in solving problems and moving the deal along. When the buyers' surveyor recommeded some structural work, Northwoods found a builder and made sure the work was done quickly and to a high standard. In the end we had a very good outcome, with all parties more than happy. I would highly recomend them for their support and expertise. They were also really impressive in dealing with both sets of solicitors. A very big thank you!

They were helpful, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. No pressure tactics, just clear guidance throughout and even support after completion. Big shout-out to Tom Hughes and Tom Algar for being especially supportive and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend. Monique

17th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.

You couldn't ask for a better company to look after you when it comes to selling a property from the very start to completion The communication from Mac & Ellis is 5 Star ++++++ I would absolutely recommend Mac , to anyone who's looking at selling. Ellis kept us up to date with his emails insuring we had all the information, 5 star +++++ I've used a high st estate agent once and they don't come no where near the standards of Meldone Estates Their hard work deserves more than 5 stars .
