19th May 2021 (4 years ago)Rented a flat with them for 3 years. Very reactive when there is an issue, sending professionals to fix it within hours. No issue with getting back our deposit. Very transparent and honest, not like most letting agencies in London. I recommend.
14th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Thank you personally for all your help and guidance particularly at the start of selling 10 Court Lodge. Your team have been absolutely splendid throughout and have always been there for me during this longer than normal process.
11th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for the second of September and was asked to provide 3 months of bank statements and payslips, which I did straight away. The agent then asked me to pay a deposit, which I also paid. I was told I’d hear back once the landlord confirmed. Days passed with no updates. When I chased, the agent claimed he had emailed me, but no email ever arrived (even though I had received all his previous emails without issue). After further follow-ups, he admitted he may have sent it to the wrong person. Eventually, I was told there were “issues with the landlord” because the previous tenant hadn’t ended their contract and wanted to move back in. The only response offered was to refund my deposit no apology, no accountability, no alternative property. I got my money back, but the complete lack of professionalism and communication wasted 15 days of my time. Terry, if you are reading this, please understand how unacceptable this experience was. Future tenants deserve better than having their time and trust wasted.

3rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Booked in to view a property, did not give us notice that it was gone. Called in the morning to confirm the viewing, turned up at the property and the agent says - “I’m outside at dalston waiting” when the property is West Hampstead. Turns out it’s already taken and they didn’t think to call and update me. Unprofessional, avoid.

Nothing was impossible to achieve or do .Viewings were always personally accompanied and feedback given .We thank all the crew at Oyster and recommended those wishing to sell their property to consult them soon.True to their words from start to end .????

Le Grys created an attractive marketing campaign that really highlighted the strengths and unique features of the house the photos and overall presentation were excellent. They also managed the viewings with great care and efficiency, giving me clear feedback after each visit. I highly recommend them to everyone looking to sell à property.

Mike and Martin were always friendly, helpful, on hand and knowledgeable about buying and selling., especially leasehold I really couldn't have done it without them...they come very highly recommended and I will be giving others their details
29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)They had only 1 person who deals with sales who was rude, bully & lie to our face. Wish the lady who showed us the house handled the sell. I would never use this person to represent us when we sell & treat potential buyers like he treated us.

17th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)The brochure experience - prepaid - was poor and when l finally did get a copy l found it had yet another error. Nobody ever apologised for all the errors. They continued to market the house after the contract expired. l asked them to cease and to acknowledge that they had done so - nobody bothered to reply.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
