The team at the Kelvedon Hatch office demonstrated an impressive wealth of knowledge, handling every aspect with professionalism and care. From capturing excellent photographs to marketing the property effectively and conducting viewings, their service was truly second to none. A special mention goes to Hayley, the sales progressor, who worked tirelessly to ensure the sale went through smoothly. An outstanding team of dedicated professionals whom I would thoroughly recommend.

In particular we were incredibly impressed by the service we received from David Mendel and Simon Hardie who went above and beyond to ensure we our property sold at a great price!
10th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.

We appointed Ben for our recent sale as his knowledge of the local Wargrave market was clearly a level above all the other agents we spoke to, and he gave us the confidence that he’d achieve the value we were looking for for our home. The photos and floor plans were arranged very quickly, and were excellent quality. But the best thing was Ben’s communication throughout the process, we were always kept up to date and Ben was always quick to step in to help keep things moving - we ended up exchanging less than 3 months after confirming the appointment, and we’ll be completing on the date first requested by our buyers at the outset, so a great result all round, particularly with four parties in the chain. Thanks Ben and team!

The professionalism, consistency, and genuine care shown by everyone at the agency have made renting through McKenzie Smith an absolute pleasure.<br><br>McKenzie Smith should be incredibly proud of the standards they uphold and the way they conduct their business. It's refreshing to deal with an agency that consistently delivers such a high level of customer service.

They were extremely helpful and supportive, kept in regular contact and chased replies with the conveyancer and buyers. From meeting Annette at the start who impressed me with her ability to walk around the house, notice all the extras and reassure me the price we proposed was suitable. Then Ben, Eve and Irina who did such a great job showing potential buyers around and helped to sell the property and kept me sane during the stressful times of waiting on searches and all the slow things that delay the exchange, to Chris who started towards the end and was also extremely positive and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others wanting a successful house sale. Thank you

From the outset they were professional, friendly and completely open and honest, they were helpful with suggestions as how to show my house off at its best. Despite having a few setbacks which was no fault of Putterills they sold it for above full asking price!! David, Ben & Abigail & Annie I give special thanks to for keeping my spirits up, they stayed in contact throughout and gave me sound advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Putterills and have several times since I sold. Their Catchphase "NOT ALL ESTATE AGENTS ARE THE SAME" is a true reflection

Cherry on the cake were the agents that were very kind and helpful, especially Khotol, who had a really welcoming and friendly nature. She helped me by putting my stuff too which wasn’t possible alone,<br>Also she briefed me all the nearby shops and essential utilities which was really helpful when you are moving to a new city.

The service I have received has been outstanding and I am impressed with the “due diligence” they have undertaken. Giving the changing legislation affecting landlords, I feel confident that IW Estates will ensure compliance with the law. I also expect that my tenants will have confidence that issues arising with the property they are renting will be dealt with in a timely manner. My point of contact is Ellie Smith and she has been outstanding in terms of advising me, creating new tenancy agreements and meeting my tenants. I know that she is supported by others in IW Estates and my thanks go to them as well as to Ellie. In summary, in my view, a highly professional Company who do everything “by the book” and deserve to do well in the highly competitive lettings business.
