Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.

28th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I first began my association with Daniel Watney in 1998 when I purchased a buy to let property for which they were the managing agent. Hence I began a<br>wonderful 28 year relationship with Daniel Watney during which time they have provided a full management service for me which has included securing tenants(voids have been virtually non-existent)and a successful and speedy sales transaction. In addition they have been the managing agents for a number of other developments where I have owned properties.<br>The relationship has been personal professional and highly trusting.<br>As a busy medical practitioner I could not have had the lengthy and successful buy to let business that I have had without Daniel Watney!<br>I can not recommend them too highly!<br>Dr David Brooks

She is, by far, the best estate agent we met in all of that time. We have very small children that we had concerns about bringing along to view properties but June assured us that she would help keep them entertained & she did just that - my little boy still asks why June isn't with us in our new home!<br>June also recommended that we viewed the house (which we brought through Prospects) even though we had initially dismissed it. Needless to say - we couldn't be more grateful. June has a real eye for detail, walks you through what you can do with a property, is friendly, will help you with small children & find you the house you didn't know you wanted!<br>June, you set the standard that other estate agents should aspire to.<br>Thank you again!<br>Steph

7th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)After minimal success with our first Agent in selling our house, we chose to move to 'James Gesner Estate agents' due to their knowledge of Wallingford and the surrounding area and specifically one area. Having the team represent our sale, and then to find us a property in the area we were looking to move, I would comment that James and the team were exceptional. The data (marketing report) that they provide against the sales element was informative, the viewings that they conducted, were very professional and the correspondence was always relevant, and always available. James is very knowledgeable where it matters and worked tirelessly in supporting both the house sale and purchase, and I felt that he really went above and beyond in providing a great service and doesn't seem to switch off by providing updates whilst in Mexico. James Gesner Estate Agency will certainly be first on my list for any House sales/Letting.

11th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)The AI agent photos were not particularly impressive and there were several errors in the early documentation. However Wards did get several leads and worked to turn them into a sale. Their approach was to push for the modern auction or a deep discount, and in the end it was the discount that got the sale.

A number of viewings carried out speedily and feedback provided in a timely manner. All staff were friendly and approachable. Great teamwork apparent.

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The service I have received has been outstanding and I am impressed with the “due diligence” they have undertaken. Giving the changing legislation affecting landlords, I feel confident that IW Estates will ensure compliance with the law. I also expect that my tenants will have confidence that issues arising with the property they are renting will be dealt with in a timely manner. My point of contact is Ellie Smith and she has been outstanding in terms of advising me, creating new tenancy agreements and meeting my tenants. I know that she is supported by others in IW Estates and my thanks go to them as well as to Ellie. In summary, in my view, a highly professional Company who do everything “by the book” and deserve to do well in the highly competitive lettings business.
