25th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Overall, the feedback was when agent was chased for updates but didn’t find them very proactive. The agent didn’t sell the property despite being on the market for over a year, however other market factors were in place so it’s not all attributed to agent’s performance.

Di Gong was quick to response to my email and his approach to explaining me the current rental market conditions in London were very professional, realistic and pragmatic; something you dont find in many agents. He was very quick to respond and explain to all my questions, and was always available to assist in anything i need.<br>The process to onboard me as a new client was super easy and quick and the management fee and various charges are very reasonable (and lower) compared to most letting agents around. All in all i have to say that the service was top notch, very professional and i would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy agents in London.

29th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Cannot recommend Te Koop Estate Agents enough. I had moved back to England at the end of last year and was finding it hard to find a property to rent for myself and my son. I must of spoken to most other agents locally before finding Te Koop so I can honestly say they are by far the best to deal with in every way. Frank was so knowlegable and helpful that I was through referencing and into the property unbelievably quickly. He has been so easy to deal with and has made what was a difficult to navigate process with other agents absolutely seemless and easy to understand in every way.
