While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.

Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!

23rd Jun 2026 (25 days ago)I wanted to leave a specific review for Karl at Fox & Sons Eastleigh, as his support throughout my transaction was exceptional - even though Eastleigh were not the primary branch I was selling with.<br><br>In all honesty, he went above and beyond took real ownership of the process, and consistently stepped in to keep things moving when it mattered most.<br><br>His communication was excellent - regular updates, quick responses, and a genuine effort to keep everything on track. What really stood out was his willingness to chase progress, and resolve issues, despite not being directly responsible for my case.<br><br>His professionalism, efficiency, and commitment did not go unnoticed, and he made a stressful process significantly easier to manage.<br><br>I would highly recommend Karl at Fox & Sons Eastleigh to anyone looking for an estate agent who is proactive, supportive, and truly invested in delivering a great service.

I have heard horror story's of property purchases and despite certain hurdles, they have both kept constant communication and updates upon request of goings on. Definitely recommend- 22nd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.

Having sold a house before, we were expecting the process to be a bit slower, but communication was good and things moved along smoothly. He has a wonderful personably chic French manner unlike other agents and felt he really listened and tried so hard to find me the perfect property. Merci Beaucoup Alexandre!
17th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)Please be wary of them when it comes to checking out of a property. I rented a flat for 6 years, never missed a months rent and always paid on time. During my final year, agent explained landlord wanted to sell property so I naturally co-operated with them to accommodate flat inspection and viewings. Unfortunately, for agent/landlord they couldn't get a buyer or many viewings for that matter. I continued to rent for remainder of my tenancy but decided it was time to move on as there were numerous issues with flat that landlord didn't want to spend money on. Jump forward to check out and agent wanted bulk of my deposit from a tenant that has rented their property for 6 years. Naturally, there would be some fair wear and tear through normal, everyday use. And to cap it all off, the landlord has put the property back on the market for sale. So please be very wary of this outfit who suddenly go very quiet and don't want to take your calls when you are just wanting to find out why you have not had your deposit returned having vacated the property. Very disappointed.
19th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.

Her service is directed entirely towards accommodating the client's specific needs and circumstances, which could be complex. But her management knowledge and skills always find a solution - it is a quality of service we could only wish for nowadays. Would recommend her to anyone!

I've been dealing with Ellie who's been lovely, she has been very patient with me as Ive had to refer to the contract with her because I didn't understand a few things and she was able to clear them up for me so I understood it. Our property wasn't online very long before we had interest in it and has now had tenants move in.
