17th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Called Saturday about a property and never received a call back. After emailing Monday, I was told it was no longer for sale, despite still being advertised online across multiple platforms. Waste of time and very poor communication.
26th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)In my experience I found Dexters to be very good when dealing with finding a new rental. Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. I would recommend!
15th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We entrusted Edward (Ed) Sargeant of Batcheller Monkhouse to sell a vacant property which was subject to an AOC (agricultural occupancy condition) - not straight forward. From initial instructions through to completion Ed handled the transaction with true professionalism; I would strongly recommend Ed/Batcheller Monkhouse as a solid and trustworthy agent.

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.

11th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Trying to sell our flat felt like a real panic when we first started the process. We had multiple agents come through the door giving us their opinions and thoughts. When Pawan came in, I knew straight away that he was the person I wanted to sell my property. He was straight talking and there was no nonsense throughout the whole process. From day one, he was finding viewings as quickly as possible and made sure there were as many viewings as possible on the flat. All in all, I cannot recommend Cuffley Banks enough and would highly recommend anyone who is uncertain in this process to use them.
13th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Jaspal was particularly helpful, communicating constantly throughout the purchasing process. When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!

He’s professional, sincere, and made sure any concerns we had were sorted out quickly. He’s honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to, which made the whole renting experience really smooth. I really enjoyed my time living at the property and always felt safe and comfortable there. I truly appreciate everything. Thank you!
12th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Daniels Estate Company, particularly Mason Beaumont and Hydar Alhakim.<br><br>From the very beginning, we felt that the process was not transparent. We sent numerous emails and left several messages requesting a call back, but our attempts to communicate were repeatedly ignored.<br><br>As a result, we lost a significant amount of money, and the buyer of our house also suffered financial loss. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would **not use Daniels Estate Company again**, and we would **not recommend them to anyone**. We expected a professional, transparent and responsive service, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

They were very approachable, with excellent communication from both Jeanette and Nikki at all times as the sale progressed. We completed on the sale just 8 weeks after it went on the market. They found us the correct buyer, who coincidentally was the first to view. I can't recommend them highly enough.
