17th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Firstly I would like to mention, from the moment I walked into the office both the rental and sales team where really welcoming and very helpful.<br><br>I was selling my flat and I honestly can't fault the service I received. Communication in my opinion is super paramount and this was excellent throughout. They were helpful, always called me back, listened to me with my concerns and I never once felt ignored or left out on a limb. Shaira and Sian who where dealing with my sale from start to finish were an excellent team and made the whole process so much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 'Your Move, Wallington, Surrey. A big thank you to you both and keep up the good work.

We met many different mortgage advisor but he was one of the best of best I have met. He was very easy to access he explained each and everything in detailed. You ask and he is always there. We were hoping that the process will take months but its was very smooth just because of Dylan. Many Thanks
14th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.

This is the second property I’ve sold through this firm in recent years and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

24th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I would highly recommend Tennison Property as a letting agent. All the staff are very professional and have excellent interpersonal skills. I have used other letting agents in the past but none have managed my property as well. They carefully vetted the tenants and maintained full and reliable control of the property. They ensured I was up to speed with changes in property law and advised how best to proceed in light of the changes, I am delighted that they are still managing my property.

Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).
