21st Aug 2026 (5 days ago)A special recommendation for Matt Barseghian in sales who was professional and friendly throughout the transaction offering advice when requested and kept in touch even on his day off.<br>Also to Chris O'Brien in property management who helped with getting the property ready to market after the tenants had left and sorting out a last minute hitch. Both excelled and both contributed to securing a successful sale.

She put together a clear, well-considered marketing plan (including making a really impressive social media video), carefully assessing the timing based on the property's strengths before working tirelessly to maximise viewings. I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line. The sale was more complicated than most, with a Help to Buy transfer of equity and delays on my side that dragged things out, but Gabriela was patient, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout. She kept things moving, chased when needed, and didn’t make me feel like a burden even when the process took far longer than expected.

From the very beginning, the communication from the entire team, particularly Maddie, was excellent. We were kept regularly updated about viewings through a dedicated WhatsApp group, which made everything easy to track. We also received prompt feedback after each viewing, which was incredibly helpful throughout the process.<br><br>Despite there being some delays on the purchase side due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, Chanelle, the Sales Progressor from the Pangbourne branch, was outstanding. She kept us fully informed at every stage, provided invaluable support, and truly went above and beyond to help us navigate the process. A huge thank you to everyone at Parkers for their professionalism and support. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

They are pro-active, good communicators, highly organised, and diplomatic - and when necessary will fight your corner. There are not many agents who would be catching up on their emails at 11:00pm and on their non work days.<br>Gabriella was the perfect combination of providing enough attention to us and the prospective tenants without being pushy.
