Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

16th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)I have been dealing with Benham & Reeves for the last almost 13 years. As a landlord, I have found them as very reliable and professional in the property letting business. Their criteria for selecting tenants is high class and reliable.<br>The branch manager at Beaufort Park, Rahim Velji, with whom I mostly deal with, is a professional gentleman with a very courteous and helpful attitude and is always available and ready to help and resolve matters satisfactorily.<br>Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the service provided by all the staff of B&R.

Shannon listened to what we were looking for and showed us two amazing apartments, one of which was perfect and is now our home.<br><br>Once the offer was accepted I thought that would be it, but Shannon stayed in touch throughout, checking all was on track, chasing up answers and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Shannon if you're looking for a home or investment property. She's amiable, professional, quick to respond and just SO good at her job! Thank you, Shannon.
17th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I had a fantastic experience with Brown & Merry Stony Stratford, and I would especially like to highlight Alexandra Read for her outstanding support throughout the process.<br><br>I attended around 7–8 viewings and met several different agents, but none were as helpful, approachable, and genuinely positive as Alexandra. From the outset, her communication style was warm, professional, and reassuring, making the entire experience feel smooth and well-managed.<br><br>She demonstrated a strong understanding of how to adapt her approach to different clients, which made interactions feel both personal and efficient. From the initial viewing through to the referencing and application process, she maintained clear and consistent communication via both email and phone, ensuring everything progressed quickly and without stress.<br><br>Overall, the service was excellent, and Alexandra in particular made a potentially stressful process feel straightforward and well supported. I would highly recommend both her and Brown & Merry Stony Stratford to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting experience.

I was selling and buying at the same time and having 3 different mortgages one after another gave me many sleepless nights but Jordan was always there to support me and answer ALL my e-mails. Really grateful for all the advice and help. 100% recommend.

16th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)If 0 stars was an option, I would leave it.<br>The company do not care about their renters once you get in. They left us 2 months without radiators and huge disruptions which effected us and claimed it was all done in a "timely manner" all other tenants and people in our whole block had discounted rent but we did not, it wasn't even considered from these people as they weren't the ones living in the state we had to.<br>We had flooding and was left all weekend as their emergency lines do not work, clothes were damaged from this and no response was provided as an apology when made aware.<br>Leaky dishwasher never was fixed, caused huge rotting in the wood to the point it was dangerous for me as I had an injury but they just rescrewed the boards down and left corners lifted up.<br>A flat buzzer that never worked so we missed countless parcels.<br>Countless threats about my pets and they would take the deposit from a but of mess that was an accident in our first few months and due to someone else complaining and making false allegations, should have added a pet clause into the contract asking for a pet deposit instead of just countless threats.<br>They took just under half our deposit for an invoice which is made by their internal company, the invoice had the wrong address, invalid dates and also just repeated itself multiple times.<br><br>They gave me the "complaints procedure" but it now coincidentally sends you to an email that is no longer monitored. The company are awful and I do not recommend them if you are looking to rent!

3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Chris and the team worked really hard to ensure that our flat was sold - even when we lost our first buyer and had to find a second very quickly to be able to purchase our desired second home. We spoke to one of the team almost daily at points and they were always professional, flexible and accommodating. There was a point where we were being asked for more money to incentivise our seller to still sell to us - which we did not do and don't believe that anyone should have to - but that was the only negative in what was otherwise a successful process. Kallars were the cheapest option we looked at and the team were great.

Along with Mel and the team they are by far the best agents around!<br>Their Customer Service is second to none. Excellent and clear communication at all times, availability and calls returned. They were punctual , always confirming visits, dates and times. Consistent feedback.<br>And on top of that Ross is one of the most professional and patient guys I've ever met. Complete empathy with the client, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I didn't think agents existed like this BUT they DO ??????!!<br>Thank you guys! A difficult situation moving from UK to France and all the bits in between but you did it!!<br>Bon continuation ??????
