Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.

Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful. Nothing was every too much trouble and they guided us through a very stressful week. Thank you.

She had a key role in the transaction and actually made it happen despite a very delayed timeline and some unhelpful roadblocks in between - she was always available, and always trying to bring everyone and everything together, with amazing communication throughout and one clear focus on getting the deal over the finish line. Stellar job from her side I must say. Very glad she was involved and will happily go back to her for any future property endeavours!

Throughout what was not always a straightforward process, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, integrity, and compassion. They took the time to listen to our circumstances, treated my family with kindness and respect, and provided guidance and support wherever appropriate. At the same time, they never lost sight of their responsibility to their landlord client, balancing all parties' interests with fairness and transparency. What stood out most was their willingness to engage constructively, consider the facts presented, and work diligently to overcome challenges along the way. Their communication was clear, their approach was measured, and their commitment to achieving a positive outcome was evident throughout. In three words: Excellence, Integrity, and Professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to both landlords and prospective tenants alike.

29th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)They keep reporting and removing reviews. My review had twenty likes on it as so many people think the same- this agency needs to be out of business! Two extremelly disrespectful men, who run the agency, hopefully will be shut down soon! They are literally operating by providing illegal certificates, fake information and letting flats, that do not have a very basic living standards! Please, take my word and avoid these people as much as you can, because this review will be too long to describe in detail, what are they putting their tenants through.Once they got your money, you will be ignored for ever. Terrible people, including their staff, who was half an hour late to the viewing without even excusing, and made awful judging comments. AVOID!!!
