From our first contact with Nick Griffiths through to exchange of contracts he has been there to advise, been completely professional, easily contactable and good humoured through a slow process. He is supported by an equally excellent team. I thoroughly recommend them.

7th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)When it comes to choosing an estate agent, it is imperative that you select an agent that is capable of delivering all aspects of the sales process. Finding the buyer(s), managing the offer(s) and getting to a sales memorandum is only the start and in many cases the easy bit! What happens next is where the magic happens and where Fine&Country excel. Many property sales these days involve buyers conducting multiple surveys; building, electrical, gas, oil, solar, drains, sewage, water products eg pools, jacuzzi, wood burner/chimney, radon gas. The output from these surveys can be overwhelming for both the potential buyers and sellers. Fine&Country help manage the resulting back and forth enquiries both professionally and with care, ensuring both parties remain engaged and that sensible outcomes are achieved. Many other Agencies would leave this process entirely between the buyer and seller which could either dramatically increase the time to completion or worst case result in no sale. Fine&Country level of care throughout the sale process is exemplary and I highly recommend them to get the job done, so like us, you can move on with your life!

From the very first conversation right through to the end of the process, she has been absolutely fantastic.<br><br>I had several estate agents contacting me, but Tildey immediately stood out. She was always professional, polite, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right property. She made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward, and because of the excellent service she provided, I chose to work with her over everyone else.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always happy to answer my questions and keep me updated. I would recommend Tildey over any other estate agent without hesitation. Thank you so much for all your help!

They made everything feel straightforward and stress-free, which isn’t always the case when renting. Communication was clear and timely, and any questions I had were answered quickly. He was very lovely and even engaged with my son (about football ????????), when I brought him with me to collect my car. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Any time an issue arise in the apartment, they acted immediately to resolve it. Moving out and getting my deposit back was also a completely smooth, stress-free process.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries.
