16th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)Riley from Kings Group Enfield was the best estate agent we’ve met during our 8 month journey of trying to purchase our first home.<br><br>We’d gotten close to purchasing a couple of times over that period so met many agents along the way. And I can’t stress this enough, Riley and Kings Group Enfield were leagues above the rest.<br><br>It can be really exhausting when you are on your 40th viewing and have to put up with patronising sales energy and often vague answers to your queries but from our first viewing through to completion Riley was patient, incredibly informative about the property/area and went the extra mile at every opportunity.<br><br>Thanks for everything! Would 100% recommend.

From my first conversation with Chris, through to follow up with Phoebe, to check-ins with other members of the team, I have felt reassured by their calmness and professionalism. Accommodating requests to let in tradespeople, chasing up with my buyer, it has all felt so easy. And all without compromising the value of the property either. They are worth every penny of their %. Mr. Sayem helped me secure a flat, and I had a very good experience with him. He was very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. Every time I contacted him, he responded positively and did everything according to my requirements. He also communicated very clearly and nicely. I really appreciate his support and would highly recommend him.

I cannot fault Danielle even with multiple fall throughs and endless delays caused by other people Danielle remained a calm and friendly voice at the end of the phone when I was incredibly stressed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Danielle and the rest of the Move Revolution team, efficient and proactive but most importantly they remain human and the customer service was outstanding throughout.

We have just had to deal with a big leak and she was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and keeps you updated every step of the way, which makes a huge difference when any issues arise. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she has a real talent for coordinating things smoothly and getting stuff done without unnecessary stress or delays. I’ve felt very well looked after as a tenant and it’s made renting through Brooks a really positive experience.

24th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I am very disappointed with the service I have received during the sale of my property.<br><br>Throughout the process I have had to repeatedly ask for progress updates, but have mostly received generic responses stating that things are “awaiting review” rather than clear, proactive communication.<br><br>There has been a lack of regular progress reports, limited chasing of outstanding matters, and very little evidence of active involvement in moving the sale forward.<br><br>Overall, the communication has felt inconsistent and unhelpful at a time when clear updates and proactive management are really needed.

Throughout the whole process he has been the voice of calm and reason, negotiating and liaising with both sides to keep the momentum going.
