10th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I was previously a tenant in Palace Court and Foxtons were the managing agent and were good. When it came to selling my apartment, they were my first port of call. I had a valuation booked with Chuck and received email confirmation of the appointment. He never turned up and never bothered to respond to my emails asking whether he was coming. I decided to sell with Cluttons Hyde Park and sold my flat to the first viewer before it even went to market. I had such a poor experience of Foxtons and would never recommend them now.

11th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Grant and the team at Hamptons St Albans did a fantastic job helping us sell our dad’s flat after he passed away. They were thoughtful, professional and gave us really useful advice throughout the process, particularly when it came to assessing the different offers we received.<br><br>They were also excellent at communicating with the buyers and keeping everything moving, which made the whole process much easier for us. On top of that, we were very happy with the rate they offered us.<br><br>A really good experience from start to finish, and we’d happily recommend Grant and the team.

I was searching for a place for 2-3 weeks but when I reached out to Labgford Russels they helped me find my accommodation in 1 week time and move in to the property in 2 weeks. Good communication and quick turnaround are a some quality traits one can expect.<br>Special thanks to Adonis who helped me with my journey. He is a good guy.<br><br>Thanks team for the Help.

12th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)Charles Ball and Greg Nickson were both absolutely fantastic. We had a buyer drop out at a late stage and they had it re-listed and under offer again almost immediately. I found them very responsive and open to all manner of queries. The volume of viewings we had was also very good and we received regular feedback from those viewings. Would highly recommend them both. I think the higher fee is warranted for the service they provide.

Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

As a student from India, I wasn't familiar with the UK renting process, but Leon was incredibly patient, responsive, and always happy to help. He explained every step clearly, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Unlike many providers who are only supportive at the point of sale, Daniel has remained reliable and genuinely invested throughout.<br><br>I recently reached out to him during a very difficult time and felt overwhelmed by the remortgage process. As always, Daniel was responsive, professional, and clear in his guidance, but what stood out most was his kindness and human touch. That support meant a great deal to me.<br><br>I would highly recommend Daniel without hesitation and would not want to use anyone else.
