We knew where both sides stood the full time. Albeit a painfully slow purchase (due to conveyancer-based circumstances, outside of Curchods control), Ruby remained helpful throughout.

3rd Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Unprofessional is an understatement. Contacted them 2 weeks ago about a property, Jack Wackett got my details and told me that they were waiting to hear from the current tenants to arrange viewings and that they would let me know. Kept trying to contact them for a week with noboy answering my emails or my calls. Finally got through today and was informed that viewings took place and an offer was put forward. This guy are showing how they don't care about their tenants even before they sign their contract.
29th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.

I worked with Ellesse from Johns and Co. who has been lovely to work with. She was extremely proactive with keeping us informed on any properties incoming, offers put on the house, was open to help us negotiating the rent as well.<br>Ultimately we decided to go another way as we found a more preferred house but I definitely prior recommend working with Ellesse!!

11th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Skippers have let a property next door to my house since February 2026. They have and are continuing to give the tenants wrong information about where exactly they should or should not park. Subsequently the tenants are repeatedly parking in front of my gate directly obstructing the access I need to get into my house and even though I have raised the issue with them and said how badly it is affecting my daily life they have constantly contested this. I even sent them a copy of the deeds which clearly states that nobody can park there, they are still persistent in their actions with the tenant continuing to obstruct my gate. This has caused myself and my partner a great deal of stress and inconvenience.
