Communication was always swift, clear and transparent and every interaction felt professional yet genuinely friendly. Mark was particularly helpful and he kept me updated at every stage, explained all options openly and went out of his way to find suitable alternatives when circumstances changed. When it became clear that the original flat might not be available, the agency handled everything with complete honesty and refunded my holding deposit immediately in less than 12h something that really reflects their integrity and efficiency. It’s rare to come across an agency that combines professionalism with such a personal, approachable attitude. I’ll definitely be back in touch with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent and friendly lettings team.

He was always available to answer any questions I had, kept me updated throughout, and provided so much support every step of the way. He was also incredibly proactive, always staying on top of everything and making sure the process kept moving smoothly. The conveyancers Ivor recommended were amazing as well, making the whole experience as smooth as possible. I’m so glad I had such a positive experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lafford James to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
