20th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Both Kaush & Chris have been brilliant. We are nervous first time sellers, and could not decide which way to go over a local agency and a bigger one. We opted for Hobarts who were just really professional, and kept us informed about what was going on, even if that was not very much. Only 3 weeks later we got an offer on our flat, just before xmas, after a number of viewings. You can't ask for much more than that, with a great offer as well. Highly recommended by us.

A consummate professional from start to finish he made the experience of selling our property as painless as possible in the circumstances and his communications were excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.
28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Initially John Brown was the most professional of the agents I viewed and made the most sense eschewing estateagentese. They quickly found a buyer but she was very difficult and the sale dragged on over a year. However that was not of their making and they worked very hard for us. The first sale collapsed due to our purchaser's delaying. We stuck to our vendors and reconstituted the chain. Thanks to Mr Youll we got over the line

He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who what’s an excellent service.
2nd Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Enquired 3/11/25 about a rental property at Albany Ct., Bromley Rd., Shortlands that had caught my eye on Rightmove. Instead of being able to speak directly to a human being at their office I was sent an online form via SMS to complete(!). So I duly filled in the form and submitted, fully expecting somebody to have the courtesy to respond. Nobody ever did. Chased it up via a ‘phone call their Southborough Lane, Bromley office 9 days later where I left my details and nature of enquiry to be passed on. Again, nobody ever got back to me. Just the other week I noticed that the property has since been let. Questionable customer ethos and strikes me as a strange way to run a business if they are going to simply ignore prospective tenants?
16th Jul 2019 (7 years ago)They informed us about a change in our move-in date less than 12 hours before the original date of the move. The new date was pushed by two weeks. Therefore, as we had already switched all utilities to the new apartment, we had to survive without utilities in the old apartment for two weeks. Moreover, the estate agent we were in contact with was behaving in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way on the phone as we called him to explain the issues. He was shouting at us on the phone and blamed the situation on us, the clients. Furthermore, the agent did not inform us about other issues we faced regarding the move and when asked about it, he claimed to have been in contact with us regarding the problems, which was not true.

8th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)We have been renting though Ideal Lettings Homes good few years in London. They always helped whenever help was needed. They have never leave us without reply. We can fully recommend this property agency! 5 stars well deserved! Especially we would like to thanks Amna. She is totally star!

As soon as our property had been valued and the details made available the first viewing was taking place the very next day. All the people we had contact with were always helpful and very friendly helping us through a few difficult moments and we would not hesitate in recommend them.

He ensured the entire process was smooth and efficient. Bradley was consistently available to answer our questions, which gave us confidence during the process . We wouldn't hesitate to use Bradley to sell our own home in the future, as we would be confident in his dedication to a positive outcome for both sides. Highly recommended!

I can't recommend him enough, he was highly professional and always made sure that the sale was progressing in a speedy manner. I never had to chase him once for any info or updates. 3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Recently sold a property in Guildford; It was a long and tortuous process complicated by the fact that I am living overseas and was very poorly advised as to finding a settlement agent. A first real estate agent made unrealistic market assertions regarding the market then followed up by passing the work to office juniors. Eventually I re-marketed through Kings and was fortunate to have Bipen working on my property. Bipen personally conducted viewings and found a buyer in reasonable time, then worked to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome; Unfortunately, this was only the start- dealing through disinterested settlement lawyers on both sides of the deal was so tedious that I came close to abandoning the sale; Somehow, and mainly through Bipen’s perseverance and patience, the deal was eventually settled and both myself and the buyer can move on. Many thanks to Bipen for sticking with this one- his diligence was literally the only thing between a sale and returning to the rental market! Great outcome all round- Many thanks!
