I have used them since 2016—initially for rental and later for the sale of my property—and every department has been outstanding.<br><br>When we first rented the property, Tony was brilliant—thoroughly professional and superb at finding us wonderful tenants.<br><br>Later, when moving to the sales department, that same high standard continued.Both the rental and sales teams have been consistently professional, friendly, and efficient. Their communication has been top-tier; they always kept me fully informed and handled key management, handovers, and complete confidentiality with absolute trustworthiness. Even during a challenging market, they were truly on it and delivered results.<br><br>A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Monika, along with Margaret and Robin in the Sales team, who were fantastic. Monika went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Since I wasn't based in London, her assistance and dedication has been invaluable. She was always highly professional, patient and polite, as well as prompt in replying to correspondence. While every single member of the team has been incredible, Monika has been truly exceptional, and I cannot recommend her and the agency highly enough.<br><br>At one point I briefly contracted another local agent whose service proved unreliable—I received endless reports of viewings that amounted to nothing, all talk and no action. In contrast, Doyles provided fewer but more realistic reports of viewings, that brought genuine interest, questions, and real offers. I quickly dropped the other agent and kept Doyles as a sole agent, and they got the job done.<br><br>Thank you Doyles!

I used their sales service to sell my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The welcoming statement on the company website sums up exactly the experience we received, a property is a home and an important part of peoples lives. Rob demonstrated real care with the family home through the viewing stage and supported us through a difficult time, he provided excellent advice and maintained a high level of contact throughout the selling process and a buyer was swiftly found.<br>Once a buyer had been established, Ash continued to manage the sale process. Ash provided excellent weekly updates and ensured through regular contact with other parties involved that the sale progressed as quickly as possible.<br>It was reassuring to know we could contact Home Estate Agents and speak with either Rob or Ash directly at anytime.<br>If you are looking to sell your home, we would fully recommend the dedication, care and personal service that both Rob and Ash provide.

This was particularly due to Molly who guided us through the process and was always just a phone call away. She was so helpful and answered any questions we had and was always very friendly and put us at ease!<br>I would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone!

In particular special mention to Timea H , who has liaised directly with me on a regular basis and organised all the necessary checks and maintenance issues etc., as well as keeping me updated and informed of the changes in legislation.<br>I felt confident in knowing that my tenants were being looked after , and that my property and interests were equally prioritised .Highly recommend this local management service

She listened to what we wanted, turned around with relevant options overnight, and when we narrowed our search during viewings, she had more suggestions back to us the same day. Was told I would receive an email/ text to confirm my viewing, nothing. 4 hours before the viewing I get a text saying viewing was cancelled and I was asked to reschedule. I replied back saying that if I would still be able to view the second property- no reply. I then asked what day works best for him to reschedule- no reply. Complete lack of professionalism and communication this team member at Foxtons. No replies, no heads up and no communication on alternatives anything at all.
