I would be remiss if I did not give a special mention to Reno, who was very helpful, considerate and accommodating throughout the process of acquiring and negotiating a new home for me. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for his assistance, and also to his colleague Phil.<br><br>+1 Year: Thank you once again to Reno and his colleagues for their patience and understanding during a difficult time for me. We were buying with them & the chain was long & complicated and every step of the process Jess and team were there to support. Jess is honest, clear, maintains excellent communication throughout the process. She always tells you exactly how it is to avoid wasting your time & to make sure everything goes through. She helped manage the entire process often being the one to chase solicitors and get stuff sorted way beyond her role. She went above and beyond and we would 100% recommend them to family & friends & we will definitely use them again!

Totally patronising . Would never use them again .

2nd Jul 2026 (7 days ago)Poor experience with Knight Residential. From leaving all of our lights on after an evening viewing when we weren’t home that night, to leaving goods in our shed unsecured to then struggling to negotiate even a £1,000 increase in offer from our buyers and requesting we make up the difference. Sales progression was a shocking experience, having asked them to liaise with our solicitor directly to obtain accurate updates, they completely bypassed this and liaised directly with the agent we were buying with, creating some sort of communication chain that we were completely cut out of, resulting in a completion date being agreed that we weren’t advised of and eventually being potentially forced to break chain before our purchase was ready. We moved absolute heaven and earth to exchange on the Thursday with completion the following day, with the potential of our purchase not going ahead in my third trimester of pregnancy, and didn’t receive any sort of communication about this or subsequently any of well wishes. We felt throughout the process that Knights were working in the best interest of our buyers and not their fee payers (us!). A completely awful experience that made an already stressful process beyond what you could ever expect. I would sadly not recommend Knight Residential as your selling agent.

4th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)We recently sold a property using the services of Gould Harrison, and the service we received was terrific.<br><br>The final stages of the transaction proved particularly challenging, but Gould Harrison went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed smoothly and successfully.<br><br>As this was a probate sale, there was an added emotional element throughout the process. The team were always there to support us, even making a last-minute dash to the property on the morning of completion to help keep everything on track.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gould Harrison to anyone looking for professional, responsive and supportive estate agents.

1st Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with CKB. After seven months, the entire sale fell through.<br><br>While I appreciate that some aspects of the process were beyond the agency’s control, we were not given accurate information about the length and complexity of the chain. This proved to be a critical factor in the collapse of the sale.<br><br>Had we been told the full picture from the outset, we could have planned accordingly and adjusted our expectations and timelines. Instead, we were repeatedly reassured that exchange and completion would take place within agreed deadlines. Relying on those assurances, we made important arrangements that ultimately left us at risk of being without a home.<br><br>In the end, we lost seven months, spent thousands of pounds on legal fees, surveys and other costs, and had nothing to show for it. The lack of transparency and inaccurate communication throughout the process made an already stressful experience far more difficult than it needed to be.
