7th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I am deeply disappointed with the shocking lack of professionalism, archaic billing practices, and customer service at Chestertons Westminster & Pimlico branch.<br><br>Despite the tenancy transitioning to a rolling periodic setup under the Renters' Rights Act, Chestertons insisted on charging 12 months of commission fees upfront in advance. When I rightfully challenged this pointing out that forcing an upfront 12 month payment for a month-to-month rolling contract with no guaranteed 12-month term violates fair practices their response was staggering.<br><br>Instead of acting constructively or adapting to modern legislation, the representative dismissively told me to just "issue notice to the tenant." Suggesting the eviction of a perfectly good tenant simply to avoid restructuring an exploitative, upfront fee model is an absolute disgrace and a complete breach of an agent’s duty of care.

We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. We felt that they were working for both the buyer and seller equally and worked hard to get everything across the line. We would highly recommend using Savills. He pushes the process quickly and we got one of our favourite homes in a competitive market with a fair price. The reference checking and contract signing processes are made simple and clear - everything is electronic so we get things moving really quick. Strongly recommend!

27th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Marsh and Parson’s has confirmed in writing they owed me a rent refund yet it has been 3 months of me constantly emailing and calling and eventually I’ve had to escalate it to their director, then to the director of marsh and parsons to try get my refund that they CONFIRMED IN WRITING I WAS OWED. Horrendous communication, they don’t reply for weeks and I have to repeatedly call and chase them through emails in order to try receive a reply, meanwhile they keep passing the responsibility onto other members of their team to avoid resolving this issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Absolute headache to deal with what should’ve been 1 email and a refund, yet they’ve dragged it on for 3 months. Unbelievable. If you’re thinking of renting from these lettings agents, save yourself the headache and choose another company.

6th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I have used Your Move several times over the years as they find suitable tenants quite quickly, while doing a good job suggesting fair market rents and vetting prospects.<br><br>Staff are friendly and competent. During my recent change of tenancy, Tia has been prompt in dealing with issues and very helpful putting me in touch with workmen for refurbishment.<br><br>Head office could be a bit quicker to process paperwork, but all fine when they do.

Well, you don't stay with the same organisation for over a quarter century if they are not looking after your interests in a highly competant manner.<br>Jade Clubb, is the latest Sandersons staff member looking after my interest, though I have never been dissapointed with any of Sandersons staff who I have crossed paths with over the years.

They sold my property incredibly quickly and achieved the full asking price, with the whole process from listing to completion taking less than four months.<br><br>All of the viewings were handled smoothly, and throughout the process Tom, the manager, and especially Chloe were fantastic. I dealt with Chloe regularly and she was always incredibly helpful, responsive and kept me updated at every stage, which made what can be a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We were really impressed with the level of service and how efficiently everything was handled. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charters to anyone looking to sell their property, particularly in the Totton area.

Euan showed us the flat and was very proactive in reaching out, as well as more than happy to accommodate any requests such as viewing multiple times. Rory facilitated the sale and he was truly superb, I will definitely be using him again when I next buy or sell. He was clear and quick at every step, following up with all parties without delay, and very accommodating and understanding about our situation. He went above and beyond to ensure our timeline was met, and it really was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing our realtor was proactive, knowledgeable, and very importantly, responsive. This was a very positive experience for us and I have no hesitation in recommending Rory if you are looking to buy or sell. Thanks very much to Rory and Euan for all their help.
12th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I had a really positive experience selling my property with King & Chasemore from start to finish and would happily recommend them.<br><br>Lulu handled most of the initial side of selling my property and was fantastic throughout. From our first conversations about putting the property on the market, she was friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoyable to deal with. Communication was always good, viewings were well organised and I always felt like I knew what was happening. She made the whole process feel personal rather than just like another property sale, and I really appreciated the time and effort she put in.<br><br>Once the sale was agreed, Nathalie took over the progression through to completion and did a great job of keeping everything on track and was always quick to come back to me if I had any questions. Having someone keeping an eye on everything during this part of the process definitely took a lot of the stress out of it.<br><br>Overall, I was very happy with the service from Lulu, Nathalie and the whole King & Chasemore team. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and helpful, and the communication throughout was excellent.
