Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. 16th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)As the director of the block, I can honestly say that appointing Heathgate Block Management to take over the management of our large private development in NW3 was one of the best decisions we have made. After years of poor management, lack of communication, and residents feeling ignored, Viv and Shabz came in and completely turned things around. From the outset, they delivered on every promise they made. Communication is now clear and consistent, issues are dealt with promptly, and there is finally a sense that the development is being professionally and proactively managed. Residents who were previously frustrated and unhappy now feel listened to, looked after, and confident that the block is in safe hands. What has impressed us most is their ability to improve the quality of service while also achieving substantial savings on the service charge. It is rare to find managing agents who can both raise standards and reduce costs, but Heathgate have managed to do exactly that. The difference throughout the development has been remarkable. The block is now well run, organised, and under control, and the overall atmosphere amongst residents has improved significantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heathgate Block Management to any development looking for a reliable, professional, and effective managing agent.

The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.

20th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Used Ashtons as was a prospective buyer of a property they marketed. Not so many issues with the office but the sales progression team were always quite slow to respond and could never get through to the assigned person to my case. Additionally used ashtons to sell my property and I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience. The problems began immediately. The agency provided an initial valuation to secure our business in July, only to suggest a £25,000 price reduction after just one week, admitting there was no interest. Despite agreeing to the reduction, it did not correlate to an increase in activity which would lead to questions around marketing and resource as Ashtons list a lot of properties. By September, they had only managed to secure two viewings. We received absolutely no feedback from either of these viewings, despite requesting it, leaving us completely in the dark. Lastly thier fees are quite opaque and if youre new to selling read through everything very carefully. In the non flex fees there are baked in withdrawal fees that ensure ashtons get paid regardless if they sell or not. Which gives them little incentive to really push your property in my opinion. The alternative is you pay money up front to them to sell your property which is preposterous. Fundamentally all the agents use rightmove to market your property and that's where most people go to find houses. In summary: an inaccurate valuation, negligible effort, a complete lack of communication, and a devious fee structure designed to charge you even when they fail to perform.

6th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Connells was disappointing from the beginning of the purchase right through to after completion. Throughout the buying process, communication was very poor. Emails regularly went unanswered for long periods, and we frequently had to chase for updates. As first-time buyers, we were relying on clear communication and guidance, but instead we were often left wondering what was happening. We dealt primarily with Rob and Neville, and unfortunately neither kept us updated proactively. We found ourselves having to repeatedly follow up just to receive basic information. After completion, we discovered several issues with the property, including faults with the heating system, a defective bedroom window, a broken downstairs toilet flush, personal belongings left in the loft, garage and drawers, and the property not being left in the condition we had reasonably expected. The sellers had broken the TA6 contract and they used connells as their solicitors. We attempted to resolve the matter amicably and were advised that the estate agent might be able to assist by passing correspondence to the seller. After waiting over a week for a response and having to chase again, we were simply told that Connells would not assist further or respond to any more emails on the matter. I appreciate that estate agents are not responsible for resolving legal disputes after completion. However, I expected a much higher level of customer service, communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. Even a willingness to help pass on correspondence would have been appreciated. Buying your first home is stressful enough without having to constantly chase for updates and feel as though your concerns are being dismissed. Unfortunately, our experience with Connells left us feeling unsupported from start to finish. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Connells and would encourage prospective buyers and sellers to consider whether they are looking for a more proactive and communicative estate agent.

From the moment my property went on the market, Luke has been professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.<br><br>His communication has been excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way and always being available to answer any questions. Communication was always excellent with Andrew. When we moved out, Panikos made sure we had a smooth transition and the deposit was returned to us immediately.

1st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Unprofessional, unethical, and publicly mocks clients.<br>Our experience was a nightmare:<br><br>Financial Pressure: They pressured us to accept a lower offer for their own convenience, disregarding our best interests as sellers.<br><br>Incompetence: They failed to track essential legal documents and met our concerns with "Be optimistic" instead of professional solutions.<br><br>Public Mockery: Look at their response to our previous feedback. The owner literally bragged about "celebrating" and "partying" while we suffered from their poor conduct.<br><br>Using a smirking emoji to ridicule a client’s genuine grievance is the height of arrogance. If you value your money and mental health, do not trust this agency. They don't care about your home; they only care about their commission and mocking you if you complain, proving that they are strictly an 'Easy Mode' agent who thrives only in areas where properties sell themselves.

10th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Amelia at King and Chasemore for Lettings. She recommended a property to us that was perfect, just what we had been looking for! She was knowledgeable at the veiwing & went above & belonged to get us a suitable move in date with our tight time scale. As well as being helpful & friendly and always replying promply to my emails, she would be the first person I would go to should I need her services in the future.
