15th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)I wasn't overly impressed by the estate agent. While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent

She was especially helpful in navigating and negotiating between two challenging solicitors, which made what could have been an extremely stressful process so much easier.<br><br>Sumita was always approachable, calm and incredibly helpful, offering practical advice and finding straightforward ways to overcome the various hurdles that arose along the way.<br><br>I’m extremely grateful for all her help and support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She really did make a difficult process feel manageable.

They quickly found tenants for our house and all of them were reliable and responsible. Any minor issues were dealt with by the members of the ET team effectively. We would recommend them and thank them for their services.

Right from the start, they were very knowledgeable about the market, always professional, understanding and approachable. Having never sold a property they helped us from the smallest of inquiries to keeping us informed of everything that was happening during the exchange/completion process.<br><br>They expertly marketed the property with quality photography.
