I didn’t need to lift a finger . Very smoothly done .. I shall definitely be using Rochfords again for sure .. with lots if experience in the Battersea area my advice is use Rochfords and stay away from the big boys .. no names mentioned !!<br>Great work guys .. ????????????????????????

Ben was not only hugely diligent, but he also supported the process with real care and attention to detail — which was important, as we don’t live locally. He sourced and secured new tenants within a week, and they moved in the following week. Fantastic job, and we would fully recommend him. The service struck the perfect balance of professionalism and scale without compromising on a bespoke, personal touch. Thanks, team!

He’s friendly, helpful and professional, and has always been quick to respond whenever we needed anything. He’s also always been very quick to sort out and fix any issues that came up. It was not the most straightforward sale, with a number of issues arising throughout the process, but the team handled everything efficiently and professionally from start to finish.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and they were proactive in liaising between the solicitors and all parties involved to help resolve issues quickly and keep the sale moving forward. Their support, expertise, and attention to detail made what could have been a very stressful experience run as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Thank you to Lukass and Steve at Langford Russell for your hard work and dedication. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

5th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Superb service during our house purchase. We have mainly dealt with Mike, who is a true credit to an industry that often comes under criticism. He is highly efficient and proactive, but also gets the balance right with not being at all “pushy”! He kept my nerves calm when we hit some last minute delays, which I really needed!<br>We also met Sienna on two viewings who is delightful, and builds rapport really easily with her clients.<br>Thanks for everything!

Changed to Thomas Merrifield and the difference was amazing. John and Sharon who we dealt with the most were great, really knowledgable of the area, the valuation of the house and advising us all the way through the process. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent. Overall, very pleased.

29th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)An estate agent unlike others. From the day of valuation onwards. Gave an honest valuation with reasons instead of an over inflated number to get the job. Had the property sold within a couple of weeks and kept the communication simple all along. Most of my dealings was with Sky, she recognised quickly I prefer verbal communication followed up by email rather than just wordy emails that no one reads.<br>In all my years I would say one of the easiest estate agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Only matched by 1 other in a different area.

They were professional, responsive and made the whole process incredibly easy for us as landlords.<br><br>What really stood out was how fair and balanced they were. They looked after the tenants properly while also making sure our interests as landlords were protected, which made for a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.<br><br>Communication was excellent, nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they took a lot of the stress out of managing the property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any landlord looking for an estate agent who is reliable, fair and genuinely easy to work with.
20th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)We rented a flat with Martin & Co in Farnborough and honestly it was a very smooth and great experience.<br>I don't usually write a review but they truly deserve the recognition. The team was professional, helpful, fair and genuinely decent throughout the whole process. We never felt pressured or that things were simply about money, which is unfortunately not always the case with other letting agencies.<br><br>If we moved back to Farnboroug one day , we'll definitely rent through them, we can't recommend them enough.<br><br>A special thank you to the property manager Gemma Flurry ,who was always there helping and sorting out any issue. Her professionalism and kindness made a real difference.

An extremely professional, efficient, attentive service from the initial valuation through to completion. Always available, courteous and knowledgeable. 16th Mar 2026 (24 weeks ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.
