Communication was clear, prompt, and responsive throughout the entire process. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and genuinely supportive.<br><br>Having dealt with many estate agents in the past, I can honestly say this has been by far the best experience I’ve had. The level of customer service and care really stood out, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.<br><br>A special shout-out to Lily for her fantastic customer service and support throughout the process. She was brilliant from start to finish.

I could not give enough thanks to Zuhre Zavanna who throughout the whole process was knowledgeable as was able to help with any questions or issues we had. She was just so friendly, nice and an overall great person. She is incredible! Could not recommend E&S anymore!

15th Mar 2026 (24 weeks ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss

The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process, keeping me updated every step of the way. I also purchased my new home through another Hunters branch, and the coordination between both offices made everything so smooth and straightforward. I really appreciated all their support and would highly recommend Hunters to anyone buying or selling a property.

11th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.

As a result the sale, which is always a protracted and difficult task, was made entirely possible. The process of buying a home can be a stressful one, but the team of Jen, Ben, and Gary made it a smooth and even enjoyable journey. 13th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I’ve just moved out of a flat I was renting from a private landlord, with Hadlands taking over towards the end of my tenancy. I must say I honestly wasn’t expecting, based on my experience with the very friendly, polite staff there, to be taken advantage of upon vacating the flat we had been renting for just over two years.<br><br>On the morning of our leaving, I had an end of tenancy clean booked that unfortunately was cancelled at very very short notice. So I cleaned the flat myself with a 7 month old baby in tow. Hadlands charged £110 for an oven clean which I fully accept, the oven should be professionally cleaned before new tenants move in, I had no issue at all with that.<br><br>However, they also had the cheek to charge me three hundred great British pounds to clean the flat. Sure, there were a few things I missed, I didn’t clean behind the radiators or on top of the kitchen cabinets and I didn’t clean the dust from the bathroom extractor fan. To add context to my review, I’ve attached pictures of exactly how I left the flat the morning of the last day of our tenancy, I think it’s entirely unreasonable to charge such an extortionate amount and it really put a dampener on leaving a place that was so special to us and one we took good care of throughout our tenancy.<br><br>EDIT: I have attached the invoice for the cleaning charge that apparently had nothing to do with Hadlands. Whilst Hadlands are correct that they didn’t charge me for cleaning directly, this is the charge presented to my landlord, by Hadlands, that they charged to clean the flat which obviously passed down to me at the previous tenant. I stand by my review and will not be removing it as £300 to clean the flat pictured below is an excessive and wholly unreasonable amount to charge.

He was great throughout the whole process which wasn’t the most straight forward purchase, but whatever Will said he would do in regards to chasing and progressing the sale, he was always good to his word. The property was highly sought after and I felt they handled it very fairly throughout. I also liked the mortgage adviser they have to reference me up as a prospective buyer. He didn’t rush the phone calls and was very helpful. Many thanks and we would highly recommend this agents. Gemma & Steve

From the very first phone call to book a valuation appointment, I felt supported and guided throughout the entire process.<br><br>Once I accepted the valuation, the team arranged for professional photographs to be taken the very next day, which demonstrated their efficiency and commitment. They handled all aspects of marketing the property, and thanks to their expertise, I had numerous viewings that quickly resulted in multiple offers within just a few days.<br><br>The entire process moved at a great pace, and my property was successfully sold within four months of the initial valuation appointment, which I was extremely pleased with.<br><br>Kerrie even recommended a solicitor firm that she had worked with previously and had a strong professional relationship with. This proved to be excellent advice, as the service provided by the solicitors was outstanding and completely faultless.<br><br>What impressed me most was how proactive both Baker Estates and the solicitor firm were throughout the sale. They were extremely professional; with a genuine care for us as buyers, unlike some estate agents, they seem to really care! Jamie and Matt (owners) took time to regularly check in with us, made the process tick along smoothly, and have even followed up to see if we are doing well in our new home. They are extremely down to earth, and we found them honest and helpful.<br><br>Matt is extremely knowledgeable, a truly lovely bloke who is only too happy to offer helpful advice when you need it.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, and will use them in the future for any other moves we may have.<br><br>Thank you to all of the team at Right Choice!
