2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.

Sent multiple emails and portal enquiries regarding an advertised property, all of which were completely ignored without a single response or callback. It is deeply frustrating as a proceedable buyer to be shut out of viewings, and it does a huge disservice to their vendors whose homes aren't being shown to interested purchasers. If you want transparent communication and proactive agents, look elsewhere."

They were professional, efficient and helpful, keeping everything moving smoothly and taking care of matters without any unnecessary fuss.<br><br>As a landlord, I've dealt with a number of estate agents over the years and I particularly appreciated Matt's straightforward, no-nonsense approach. No unnecessary sales talk or empty promises, just honest, practical advice and, importantly, doing exactly what he said he would do. Christine was equally excellent, keeping me well informed throughout the sale and ensuring everything progressed smoothly.<br><br>It was exactly the sort of service I had hoped for when choosing an agency, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt, Christine and the team at the Llantwit Major office to anyone looking to sell their property.

From start to finish he was extremely organised, kept in touch every step of the way and also just very lovely to deal with. We had a very tight timescale to work with and if it wasn’t for Craig, the process wouldn’t have happened on our purchase. He went above and beyond for us. - 19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We viewed 2 houses with Steph from the Albany Road branch. She was absolutely lovely! So friendly yet professional and was up for a chat about the houses. She was honest about one of the houses and that made us feel comfortable and that we learnt about it together. She even called back up the next day to get feedback on the houses and to chat about spiders in one of the gardens that we all instantly pointed out! Lovely women and anyone would be lucky to have her show them houses. Hope to see you again soon and help us find the right one for us!
