Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Williamson & Co Rumney branch were my go to estate agents. Out of 4 different valuations:<br>one was priced ridiculously low, (obviously “A bite your hand off price”)<br>one price was extortionately overboard (not real money and would have lingered on the market)<br>Left in the running were 2 estate agents with a similar authentic house price range. However, after choosing Williamson & Co and through the course of our sale, this all female team of professionals convinced me that I made the right decision.<br>Olivia, a great asset to the company, not only provided the valuation, but highlighted the beauty of my home and kept in contact whenever I had any queries. Abi and Evie set the scene for the 360° virtual tour and even returned on a sunny day to photograph the garden (well impressed with that service). Rebekka in admin was the go to link, rain or shine picking up calls and ensuring that questions were answered in a timely fashion. Lastly, a big shout out to Charlotte in sales progression, who did not miss a box to tick and provided those much needed updates and more. Thank you Williamson & Co for keeping your communication transparent and reliable at all times. I never thought putting our property on the market so close to Christmas would have brought viewings and offers. I promise to call in with a gift or two.

After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.
17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)We recently bought a property in Llantwit Major which was marketed through Harris & Birt’s Cowbridge office. The purchase depended on us selling our property which was outside of the immediate area.<br><br>Although we were “Sold Subject to Contract” (STC) our sale took a little longer than we would have like but we have to say that Harris & Birt were excellent. They approached the property vendor on our behalf who agreed to wait until our sale was concluded. Throughout this period, Harris and Birt kept check on our progress in order to update the vendor. They were also very accommodating over the same period when we wanted to return to view the property on numerous occasions prior to completion.<br><br>For these reasons, along with their responsive communication, we would have no hesitation in recommending Harris & Birt.

She didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear, she told me what would maximise my chances of selling at a good price. I followed all her advice and sold at a better price than I’d dreamed of.

11th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. A deduction was proposed from my deposit for a cracked window, but before obtaining multiple quotations or even arranging for a contractor to inspect the damage in person, a price was provided over the phone. The amount quoted appeared excessive and unreasonable. Throughout the process, I made it clear that I was not refusing to contribute towards a fair and justified cost. My concern was that no effort seemed to have been made to obtain a competitive or evidence-based quotation. I repeatedly asked for a more reasonable price or an independent assessment, but this was not properly addressed. I believe tenants should be treated fairly and any deductions from deposits should be supported by transparent and reasonable evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

My house was valued and sold within within 3 weeks. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to go with CPS again.

Communication is always clear and timely, and I’ve always felt confident that my properties and tenants were being looked after properly. They identified numerous viewers and marketed the house well, In a difficult and rather nervy market, they stuck at it and maintained the pace, showing numerous interested parties around the house each week. They responded to my enquiries quickly and appropriately and were always available for me to pop in and discuss any questions I may have. Kirstie looked after me well. She has found a real buyer and the sale is agreed. I am indebted to her for her excellent service. Thank you.

Deborah priced our house exactly right and worked tirelessly to get and manage our sale, despite challenging personal circumstances. The help and support she and David gave us when our solicitors went into administration was above and beyond. Deborah found us a new firm and helped expedite exchange and subsequent completion so effectively that we only lost about three weeks overall. Worth every penny of their fee and two of the nicest, most professional people you could meet. If you are thinking of selling your home do not go to anyone else.- 1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)So far the team at Hern and Crabtree have been excellent. Always ready to answer my questions and reassure me. The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.
