5th Dec 2025 (16 weeks ago)I had a positive experience working with Deepak Naradas recently. I had a bit of nervousness in the beginning as I did not know the letting agency Deepak represented. He was very responsive from the beginning. As soon as I reached out, Deepak arranged a viewing very quickly and made the whole communication easy from the start. After the the viewing communication continued to be smooth, clear and always prompt. Thanks to Deepak’s efforts we reached an agreement I am pleased with. Ask for Deepak if you are looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent.
8th Mar 2022 (4 years ago)Had a great experience with Aggie who showed us around the flat and then helped us with all paperwork. She was very flexible and quick to respond. She also helped us to get the keys at 9am on move in day rather than 3pm.

They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.
14th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.

Richard was very professional on our first meeting, no hard-selling, just honesty and very helpful practical advice. Brenda was fantastic at keeping the sale moving and keeping us informed about what was happening. Our property went immediately as they had someone in mind who would like it. Would definitely recommend Catford Hunters to anyone selling a property.

After Sale service appears good as well.- 23rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

10th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Average experience. Lack of transparency and urgency in completing the sale procedure. It took 6 months from acceptance of offer to complete the deal. Lack of continuity from one person in dealing with customer. Sandeep and Jas were always helpful. Nakhita who was dealing with our case in last few months was very unprofessional and unapproachable, rude , abrupt and at times very disrespectful. Not happy with Nakhita’s behaviour at all. Sandeep was a big help indeed.

6th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)So glad I didn’t end up renting with this company after my extremely poor experience and seeing these reviews online. Communication was terrible, arrived at the my pre-booked appointment after calling the office 4 times to get more information about the location. Was told to come back the next day to see two properties which were on for £300pcm more than the one I originally requested, both of which thy stated ‘we currently have multiple offers on both’. Overhyped and overrated, this is all that is wrong with the property market in London. Don’t waste your time.
