9th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Gabri**!!! I had already clearly set my budget and move-in date before the viewing, but he kept pushing me to move in earlier and repeatedly asked me to increase the offer. The way he negotiated was extremely rude and he tried to renegotiate several times. It honestly felt like some kind of auction bidding. I expected a professional and reputable brand agency, but this turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. In the end, I even agreed to meet his demands, yet my offer was still rejected. I honestly don’t understand how something like this can happen. The way they handle business is like gangsters — completely lacking manners or professionalism. This is the worst agency experience I’ve had in London.

1st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was given an inflated valuation to gain my business. Communication was good while viewings were being held and sales staff are very friendly and engaged but if you want sales progression go elsewhere. I have been unable to get much of a response despite chasing repeatedly and I have hardly any visibility of a slow moving sale, falling behind by my purchase which was agreed a couple of weeks later. It’s frustrating and I am saddened to feel KFH have moved on to other priorities once I accepted an offer.

4th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)I dosing sell my property but pulled it from the market. A) because the market was very competitive B) I was having a horrible experience with JA. Their branch manager acted very unprofessionally, agreed to terms and then just ignored them. Their overall communication and insights were very poor. They also acted without my best interest in mind. Horrible experience overall.
22nd Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Purchased a flat in Peckham with help of Foxtons estate agent. Whist it was a complicated sale, George remained positive, proactive and helpful thought the whole process. His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.
15th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)By far the worst agency I have ever rented from. Was left with a leaking ceiling in my bedroom for several months with minor support from the carter and reeves and they continuously choose to ghost us instead of dealing with issues. When they did book repairs in we would usually have less than 12 hours notice, and received significant attitude and rude comments if we weren’t available with less than 12 hours notice. The only way they would fix things is if we threatened to get external support or not pay rent. I suggest staying very far away as renting from them will severely impact your mental health. Michael especially was inaccessible and barely answered when we reached out. I suggest not renting from them if you want to maintain your sanity.

30th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)When we called to enquire about a property the guy just hung up in the middle of conversation. Clearly these shows how unskilled uneducated mannerless these people are. Just lacks basic decency not to mention there was no sign of professionalism. Also they have lied about availability of other properties when called earlier. Avoid them like a plague.
5th Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)I strongly advise staying away from this letting agency—it's been the most terrible experience I've ever had. I could go on and on about how awful they have been, but honestly, I’d recommend steering clear of them completely if you value your peace of mind.

He’s professional, sincere, and made sure any concerns we had were sorted out quickly. He’s honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to, which made the whole renting experience really smooth. I really enjoyed my time living at the property and always felt safe and comfortable there. I truly appreciate everything. Thank you!

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
