She was absolutely amazing in helping me with my tenancy name change, guiding me through the process with such care and attention. She went above and beyond at every step, making what could have been stressful feel completely manageable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out. I’m so grateful for her support and outstanding customer service it truly made all the difference.

Every issue we reported, big or small, was addressed promptly, including a significant drainage problem that was resolved quickly and efficiently. We were fortunate to have not only kind and thoughtful landlords but also a team of responsive, honest and professional people at HJC to call on. A special thank you to Manique, who was always on hand to provide support and answer any queries without delay, plus it was always lovely to see her in person. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HJC Surbiton whether you’re looking to rent a property from them, or need a reliable team to manage your own. A big thank you to the team at HJC during our time renting with you.
20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Recently purchased a flat through Alan de Maid and Ryan provided excellent service from the first day's viewing right up until completion. Without Ryan's dedication this sale would have undoubtedly fallen through. Unfortunately service from the recommended solicitor at Taylor Rose (B.S.) was such that a complaint to the SRA is being prepared. This is not a reflection of Taylor Rose as a company as the vendor's solicitor was also from Taylor Rose and was apparently excellent. Ryan did everything possible to mitigate the ongoing problems, liaising with the vendor, calling solicitors within the chain and involving more senior staff at Taylor Rose on several occasions to drive the process forward. Ryan was incredibly responsive throughout the process and always gave advance notice of any days he would be out of the office for holidays etc. He replied to emails and queries in a very timely manner, often providing information that had not been forthcoming from the solicitor. His communication throughout was faultless. The process was a long and arduous five months, but thanks to an extremely patient vendor and a dogged determination from Ryan to get this purchase over the line, completion was achieved. Thanks Ryan!

Zoe, Gene, Kelly and the rest of the team at Hamptons in Kingston kept me and my potential buyers informed and updated both on the phone then followed-up with emails. They were proactive the whole time, provided advice where I needed a steer (I made the ultimate decisions but they helped me make them). They were with me every step of the way. Their commission was competitive and lower than other agents and well worth it considering the service I received. Outstanding service with a personal touch from beginning to end. Kelly even called me on her day off to congratulate my exchange, really kind. Thank you Hamptons in Kingston.

In fact given the miserable time I way having with my conveyancing solicitor safe to say they helped keep the wheels on the transaction. 10/10

Since then we have recommended their services to family and friends and have continued to work with them over the last 11 years. Also recently we have purchased 3 rental properties through Bourne, they ensure everything runs smoothly, keeping us updated every step of the way. We would highly recommend.

James Poll and his team marketed our property and managed the presentation, photography and viewings smoothly. We were kept informed of viewings and offers and we were advised on the best way to move forward with the elements of the sale process. In a difficult market, James managed to facilitate a sale which suited both parties. Oaks proved to be good with their communication with us as well as their professionalism.

Jamie supported us during the early stages of our purchase and was incredibly helpful throughout. He was always responsive, reassuring, and took the time to guide us through the process, which made a big difference at what can be quite a stressful time. Clare helped us during the later stages and did a great job coordinating communication with the sellers and keeping the process moving. She was proactive in following up on both sides and clearly worked hard to help progress things as smoothly as possible. Overall, we really appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and support during the purchase. Thank you both for helping us get over the line!
