He was just fantastic throughout the entire process from arranging access for various inspections and surveys to keeping us up to date and providing realistic time frames throughout the entire sale. We were also grateful to his other colleagues at the Wimbledon Village office for always getting back to us when Kasper was unavailable and even dropping everything to give us access at short notice. She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. Her proactive approach and excellent communication give me great peace of mind. I highly recommend her services.
10th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Although Flora and Adam were the estate agents acting for the seller rather than for us, they were both excellent throughout the entire process.<br><br>From the very beginning, Flora went above and beyond. She was incredibly responsive, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and contacted us straight away when a property that perfectly matched our needs became available. Once we found our dream home, she did everything she could to help us get into a position to secure it. Her communication was exceptional—keeping us informed at every stage, arranging additional viewings, answering all our questions, and demonstrating impeccable professionalism and attention to detail throughout.<br><br>When the chain slowed down, Flora continued to do everything she could to help move things forward, putting in far more effort than we would ever have expected from an agent representing the seller. Adam was also a pleasure to deal with—professional, responsive, and always helpful whenever we spoke with him.<br><br>Together, they made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. We are incredibly grateful for all their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, with special thanks to Flora for her exceptional dedication and care.
17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

Additionally they are not respecting my contract terms and trying to overcharge me for the end of the tenancy. I have had to hire lawyers to avoid them abusing other more vulnerable tenants
26th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with a property marketed by John D Wood & Co. Estate Agents (Wandsworth).<br><br>Initially, Poppy Martin was very helpful and responsive throughout the viewing and application process, which gave us confidence in proceeding. However, after our offer was accepted, we were informed that all payments and tenancy arrangements would be handled directly by the landlord rather than the agency. This was never made clear at the outset.<br><br>We had already submitted our personal and financial information to the agent, including payslips, bank statements, passports, proof of address, P60s, and our guarantor’s personal and financial details. Despite this, the landlord requested the same documents again, followed by further demands for over a year’s worth of our guarantor’s financial records, including payslips, bank statements, and P60s.<br><br>We also discovered that deposits were to be paid to a business account managed by a third-party company, which had not been disclosed by the agent. When we requested evidence of their data protection compliance, we were initially provided with an expired certificate and generic documents, which further undermined our confidence.<br><br>At this stage, we no longer felt comfortable sharing additional financial information. As a result, our £311 holding deposit was retained. We felt pressured into providing excessive personal data under the threat of losing our deposit.<br><br>Overall, the process lacked transparency, involved repeated requests for financial and personal information, and left us feeling misled. This was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I hope future applicants are given clearer information before committing to the process.

They kept us informed at every stage, answered our questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more straightforward. The team, including Melissa, were always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful, keeping us informed every step of the way and answering any questions we had promptly.<br><br>Melissa was also great and so helpful throughout, going above and beyond to support us and make sure everything ran smoothly.<br><br>Their communication was excellent throughout, and they went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their support and reassurance gave us real confidence during the process.<br><br>We are so grateful for all of Gascoigne and Pees’ hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Outstanding Property Management and Sales Service<br>I have been with SeOUL Estate Agents for many years, managing our property in New Malden while I live in Australia. Their service throughout has been exceptional.<br>Ian and Chris Kim in Property Management have always been kind, responsive and extremely helpful. They managed not only the letting of the property but also repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, giving me complete peace of mind despite being overseas.<br>More recently, Mr Kim Yoon in Sales successfully handled the sale of our property. He worked tirelessly arranging viewings and was professional, experienced, courteous and excellent in communicating with us throughout. Being in Australia could have made the process difficult, but he ensured that the sale and completion progressed smoothly without any problems.<br>I am extremely grateful to the entire SeOUL team for their outstanding service over many years. 7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.
