9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)I recently had to sell my late parents' house and decided to instruct Hamptons in Wimbledon Village.<br><br>My reason for choosing Hamptons over the other agents was solely down to Richard. He took the time to research the property and discovered that Hamptons had in fact sold the property to my parents back in 1988, and he found the original sales particulars and also some old photos.<br><br>He gave me all the information I needed (and more) without the hard sell. I have worked in the industry for years and it was so refreshing not to be given the "patter". He filled me with confidence and didn't let me down.<br><br>Both Kasper and Richard worked hard to get multiple viewings and offers within two weeks, in the hardest month of the year to sell a property (December) and the sale exchanged only 3 months later.<br><br>Kasper saw the sale through and kept me fully informed at all stages. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided and the speed of the sale.<br><br>Dealing with grief, the sale and emptying of a family home and probate felt overwhelming at times, but I felt fully supported by the Hamptons Team. Thank you!

3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)An estate agents outside of Putney recommended Winkworth in Putney to me, saying Flora Clarke, Associate Director, and Russell, Director, were excellent. Flora has been outstanding, in our opinion, and has been so approachable, helpful, organised and professional. The flat was extremely problematic and could not have been much more difficult to sell, but Flora was undaunted, and managed to obtain a much higher price for it than anyone expected. She, and the rest of the the team at Winkworth, including Russell (who was also brilliant), were always available and on top of things. We are very grateful and obviously we highly recommend the team.
17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

It’s been a pleasure dealing with him.- 7th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Imagine being so unprofessional that you schedule a viewing, talk so highly about your agency and then be extremely lame enough to not show up for the viewing. I had the absolute displeasure to deal with James Setright who scheduled a viewing and then forgot to show up at 308, Garratt Lane address at the time of the viewing. My partner travelled an hour to reach the address and then viola, nobody shows up, I call up and James picks up and tells me that there’s nothing he could do and the best he could do is to schedule it for another day. Whilst being civil and acting like he cared, there was absolutely no other alternative offered. I just feel sorry for the seller here, since they should pick up someone more professional and reasonable to deal with. To anyone at John D Wood who’s the owner, it’s not only hard to schedule viewings and reach your staff but they are just incredibly bad to deal with and make basic errors that are just blasphemous for. The nature of the business.

17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)The experience with Gascoigne pees was absolutely wonderful.<br><br>Melissa initially showed as around the property and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If we had a question she didn’t know the answer to (which was rare) she just said she didn’t know and found out for us very promptly - honest and open communication which was really appreciated!<br><br>As we went through the process of purchasing the house Melissa Kim and Zoe were so helpful and answered any questions we might have! They all went above and beyond, never pressurising us just giving helpful tips, advice and answering any questions we had quickly.<br><br>I would highly recommend the branch to anyone searching for a property in the area.

15th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)This is now my 8th year with Maalems estate agents and I have not had a single day without tenants in my flat.<br>It’s such a stress free arrangement for me as I have Maalems manage my flat also, so they resolve all issues when they arise allowing me to concentrate fully on my work without ever having issues to deal with from the tenants.<br><br>Maalems have always selected excellent tenants who take great care of my property and my current tenants are heading into their 4th year with me.<br><br>Leah and her team always manage to get top of the market rent for me whilst their fees percentage is very low….especially for the amazing job they do for me.<br><br>But for me the far more important thing than the rental income they continue to achieve for me is the great relationship I have with them. Always 100% professional but always so personable also. They really do look out for me and have my best interests at the forefront, never once have I felt like just another landlord to them. From the first day I handed Leah the keys I’ve also has an excellent relationship with the whole team, no matter who it is I deal with.<br><br>And I have to mention Magda who is in charge of the day to day on my flat and with whom I have the most contact. She is the greatest trouble shooter and whenever an issue arises with work needing to be done on my flat she always gets it resolved instantly, and prevents any stresses passing down to me.<br>And I must add the tradespeople they use to maintain my property are truly excellent. 18th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Unfortunately I can't recommend Belvoir. After an impressive initial presentation on how they would market my property, communication dropped off sharply once I signed the contract. I had to email them multiple times whenever I wanted an update or needed to chase an action from their end. When I received an offer I considered too low and rejected it, the branch manager rolled her eyes at me - an unacceptable way to treat a client. The due diligence on proof of funds was also poorly handled. I was told funds were available, then that they were in Russia, then that they had been in the UK all along. I'm still not sure whether this was incompetence or a cover-up. From offer acceptance to exchange and completion took six months, and progress only happened when I threatened to pull the sale and move to another agent. I can see that Belvoir has received many positive reviews, and I'm glad others have had good experiences. This has simply not been mine as a vendor. I have no doubt Belvoir will have their own response to this - but it is my honest account.

I must praise them on their professionalism (as well as the sales department !) and on how well they have looked after me as a landlord and seller, and my property. Throughout this time, all my queries and needs have been dealt with promptly and effectively. Without a doubt, top-notch customer service ! He and James at the Wallington branch didn't add any pressure and made dealing with estate agents a pleasurable experience with no drama or pressure. Mum bought her flat through Andrews almost 30 years ago and I was happy to deal with them on its sale.
