All focused on making sure we got our sale. I was also fortunate to find my purchase with them. Nadine is a gifted negotiator. She solved every problem thrown at her (and there were many). She managed to keep the chain together and somehow got us all exchanged. Just in time. Honest, fair, persistent and positive. Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful.
