Always checking in to make sure we are happy with everything, his communication is absolutely amazing. He has made the whole process stress free and seamless for us ! In a clear act of retaliation after being replaced by adding over tens and thousands of service charges from five years ago—charges that were already paid— to all leaseholders and passed them onto the new management agent to pursue. This is not only unethical, it’s manipulative and misleading. Such conduct shows a complete lack of integrity and accountability. It’s a disgrace to the profession and a warning to anyone considering doing business with this agent. Karma has a way of catching up, and this kind of behavior won’t go unnoticed. Avoid this agent at all costs. Do not engage, do not trust, and do not use their services.

28th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Appalling ‘service’. Called FIVE times about a flat to rent in Shoteditch and they never called back. Last time I called the man was shouting down the phone. If you’re a landlord don’t list with them bc they don’t bother following up on tenants. Shoddy and unprofessional

The buyers that we had lined up for us were all interested in buying the property, but typical of today, not many had there houses on the market, but not a load of time wasters that I had with other agents in the past. Would highly recommend them,
