We used D&G, in our case Paul Gunn, to find and rent the property first and for the regular maintenance and issues during our stay. Service was professional and very good, no surprises and all very clear allowing us to start our rental with no problems and quite easily and maintenance when we had some minor issues, including a minor leak, has always been very fast and efficient, often mere hours away. This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.... Read more
