I CHOSE THEM ORIGINALLY BECAUSE THEY WERE CLEAR ABOUT THE PROCESS OF HOUSE SELLING. THEY SEEM TO HAVE COME UP TO EXPECTATIONS. THE HOUSE IS SOLD SUBJECT EXCHANGE AND COMPLETION.

Bernards suggested an initial price to market of 325 with an expectation of 310 to 315. The price that they garnered was 315. Very happy with that. At all times, we were kept informed as to progress with viewings, feedback and progress with sale. Bernards visited the property several times before the first viewing so that they could describe from actuality. Its just a shame that they dont operate where we are going, else we would use them there as well. Very very happy customer.
